再次入住桃園酒店，感覺一樣的好，衹是遺憾今年的荷花沒有，僅有稀稀拉拉的幾片葉子，問了前台的小姐姐説去年施肥過重營養過剩沒長起來，往年此時正是荷花盛開的時候，一道美麗的風景。

可以原諒的缺點：
桃園是個老酒店了，設備會老化，所以今年2月份我住宿，天氣很冷，很久很久，熱水都是温涼的，根本不能洗澡，很冷，大概等了1個小時以後，水才慢慢熱起來。
浪費了我的時間，又浪費了水資源、浪費了酒店的水費。真為流失的水感到心疼。
不能原諒的缺點：
我打電話到酒店餐飲部，接電話的工作人員操着一口粗獷的閬中話，我還沒説話呢，她並不能判斷我是本地人還是外地人。但是她依然選擇用閬中話説話。我是本地人，我聽得懂，但是如果我是外地人呢？
我覺得作為一個至少牌子還是三星級的酒店，説普通話是一個服務行業從業人員最基本的素養。可以想見酒店對培訓的懈怠。
我打電話給閬中的聖索亞酒店，接電話的工作人員敬語、普通話都非常得體。
當然，桃園不算特別惡劣的，雖然不用普通話交流，但至少能把事辦好。
閬中還有一家新開的星級酒店，我忘了叫什麼名字（等我想起來再追評）我打電話給餐飲部，餐飲部一問三不知踢皮球給了我經理的號碼，我打過去，對方操着一口閬中話，説是有事過會兒回覆我，聽旁邊的環境好像還在打麻將，但是他並沒有再聯繫我。可能是小地方的習慣性不規範和酒店火爆不缺我這一個，讓他莫名地膨脹吧。

閬中桃園酒店值得點贊，雖然比較老舊一點，但佈局大，亭台樓閣，荷花池讓人心曠神怡，房間比較大，很安靜，價格合理，沒有網上説的入住時辦理很慢的情況，小姐姐很熱情，非常值得入住。

以下幾點感受：應該是過年價格漲了，不然縣城496的標間不至於匹配以下感受。
1.80年代的裝修匹配80年代的服務，前台居然沒有poss機，掃服務員手機付款，平台訂房繳納的保證金沒用，需要額外交按金。
2.帶娃入住發現沒有小童洗漱用品，打電話到服務枱發現電話停機無法撥出，平台查到前台電話打過去被告知本酒店沒有小童洗漱用品，要求多送一雙拖鞋和牙刷，被告知每個房間標配2份，多的沒有。最後是樓層阿姨體諒給了，不然被前台氣死。
3.刷牙時牙刷掉毛，差點卡住，在廁所吐半天。第一次遇到如此奇葩的酒店。
4.床品和房間温度還可以，睡的比較舒服。
5.早餐普通，不要有期待。

床單被套以及房間衞生都非常乾淨，住着舒心，酒店環境優美大氣，停車場巨大，房間也很寬敞，設施雖然有些年頭但都可以正常使用，尤其是服務非常到位，有需要打前台電話都能很快解決，工作人員服務態度十分熱情！

房間裝修是老乾部風，早餐一般。酒店周邊環境很大，估計因為平時入住率不高而缺少維護，有一種破敗的感覺。我是正月初一入住，初二續住時估計發現來閬中的人增多酒店馬上漲價從396元一晚上調到598一晚，感覺不太好。另外閬中的交通秩序維持有待提高，古城周邊的道路到處封堵，入城和出城都要開上一個多小時，真讓人心累。

設施：真的很陳舊，很陳舊
訂了兩個房間，馬桶都是壞的，叫來維修人員，説“好着呢呀”，大過年的總不能爭吵吧，也衹好如此，幸好衹住一晚，應該堅持去一樓的公共衞生間如廁，可想而知壞到啥程度了😮💨😮💨
環境：還不錯，確實安靜
服務：硬件不行，全靠人的軟件服務來彌補
