山南頭號黑店！提前3小時訂了酒店不通知沒有熱水，到店開房不告知沒有熱水，夜晚10點多入住了發現沒熱水，找前台過了1個小時大堂經理才來，説12點前來熱水，到第二天早上都沒有熱水，還理直氣壯！建議大家旅遊不要在這裏吃住。

服務態度極差，我們是4月20號入住的這個酒店，走的時候忘記了一個電源在房間，後來打電話聯繫了很多次，每一次都答應幫忙寄回來，到現在一個月了也沒有給寄出來，#服務差評#衞生差評

酒店很老，停車方便，衞生一般。尤其是衞生間，很狹小，洗手枱在門後面，洗個手門還關上，洗完手再打開門，手都白洗了。
