stayed in deluxed double room. bilik indah khabar dari rupa. kecik betoll. pakai camera 0.5 kot time photoshoot. pastu punya la kedekut berus gigi pun tak dapat apatah lagi ubat gigi. kalau nak kena +rm4. aku duduk oyo rm40 pun dapat. dah la ada anak lipas aku jumpa kat bantal. habuk pun banyak. terbatuk mat haha. kebersihan tandas 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 kat shower ada lumut.

The location is solid and hotel clean. The real joy is the staff. They are happy to help and provide their time to make your stay in Malaysia great.

A note to all the VIEWERS considering staying in a hotel for the foreseeable. Please be kind to the team members that you encounter during your stay! 🙏🏻 Due to disappearance of income for months, the hotel you are staying in probably cannot afford to bring many team members back from furlough. If you are asked to wait in the bar, with a complimentary drink when you arrive at the hotel because your room is not quite ready. Sit patiently in the bar, and please be assured the team are working as quickly as they can. Imagine if you had to clean 20+ bedrooms yourself and think how long it would take you and how you would be feeling after room number 10! 😩 Don’t be surprised if the receptionist, waiter, housekeeper that you come across, does not actually have that role in their job title. With limited staffing, the hotel becomes 1 team! So if the waiter isn’t familiar with what beers are on offer and has to check, don't sigh and roll your eyes! Say thank you...they are probably the HR Manager! 🙋🏼‍♀️ Your room may not be cleaned everyday, as they have a duty to protect the team and as you should all well know, the virus can survive on surfaces and in the air. So why would they want to send our team into a dangerous environment just so you can have your bed sheets tucked in! They can of course offer you a top up of any guest supplies! In fact, you can have as many tea bags and loo rolls as you like!!! And yes, you have single use cups in your room, because no, they don’t have time to run 400+ cups and mugs through the dishwasher on a daily basis. 🤔🤔😫😒 When you decide to dine in the hotel, the menu may be limited. Please consider that there is likely to only be 1 chef in the kitchen, on his own, running the whole operation...yes that includes washing up too! They are grateful you chose to dine with them, but please be considerate and don’t complain because there isn’t enough options on the menu and you wanted steak! 🥗🥣🌮🥪🍲🥘🌭 I am sure the rate you are paying for your room may be a considerable amount of money to you. But, be rest assured they are considerably cheaper than what you would usually pay. So please do not ask for a discount because the leisure facilities are closed. As above, the industry is already struggling for income without having to process refunds because you weren't impressed with sausage you had at breakfast because it tasted too piggy! 🐷👏🏻👏🏻 And lastly, it is highly likely the hotel is going through a redundancy and restructure process right now. It is a very sad time for the hospitality industry. So please be kind, it is a very stressful and upsetting time for the team. They work very hard and very long hours to ensure that you have a relaxing break! I could go on but I am sure you get the gist by now! Good location at city center. Not far from MAHA tower and obviously have good access to Haji Ismail Group emporium as it was definitely beside the hotel. Awesome price via online booking compared to walk in. Though the wifi quite weak but still have good connection using local telco. Spacious room and Definitely will stay again.

Went to Langkawi during semi lockdown in Klang Valley and was looking for a budget friendly accommodation just to shower and sleep. Upon looking Agoda (online booking aps) decided to stay at this place that situated in Kuah Town due to its super low rate (probably due to covid) and central location. The place is brand new and from the outside, it looks like a decent no frills accommodation. The lobby is like the average bed and breakfast place (they open 24 hrs.. Don't worry if u arrive late) If you are hungry, the sell basic instant food like instant noodles and waters. But what surprises me the most is the super clean room. Not just that, our room in level 1 (they even have lift) smells fresh and not to mention, is comparable to a 3 to 4 hotel star rooms size. They even have coffee making facilities and free water. (don't forget I just paid rm58 for it!) The air conditioning works just fine and the bed is with great pillow and mattress too. Like said, like in 3-4 star hotels! One thing you need to be mindful if you are driving, since the location is in rows of new shoplots, need to be mindful about the parking. U need to buy tickets for the parking (but according to the staff at check in counter, the enforcement officer usually comes in the morning around 10am😜)

This time is Reality where everyone can visit here, right here this place. Imagineable and heaven made. Beautiful, Miracle, Unbelievable. Overall is amazing and satisfaction. Yes for me. Pool It's open and public we to swim, it's really relaxing and plus music surround the pool, safe. Room Convenience all equipment provides, comfortable bed, fantasy heaven view, love it indeed. Area Best place with fresh air, everything. Yes you'll like this place. Remarks Definitely, will forever come again. Thank you so much all! This is Beautiful place

Room has a good view as I could see the Eagle Square and sea from my room. Location of hotel is excellent and it is easy to eat transport to the famous Langkawi landmarks. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Would recommend this hotel to friends and will stay again in future.

My friends and I, 7 of us took the biggest room with 6 beds. Our check in was delayed to 430pm which was fine for us to check out the beach first. There are cheap restaurants around the hotels. It can be dark and quiet on the roads at night so be careful. The rooms was Big, Toilet is budget. The rooms are not sound proof so if we made noise our neighbors can hear us. This hotel is a decent budget place. The breakfast is meh.

Attended 3 days 2 nights Seminar in this hotel. Overall I would say that this is not a comfortable place to stay. The hotel is by the roadside, in the center of Kuah. Room and function room had a strong unpleasant dampness odor. Every room will only be given 1 key card. Need to pay RM20 (deposit) for energy extra key card. The bathroom door handle of my room is broken. Breakfast is barely passable. Last day before checked out, even before 11.00am, the house keeper already entered our room and pulled up all the bedsheets and put it on the ground outside the room. My Mp3 player was wrapped in the bedsheet without my knowing. Luckily I found out at that time and got it back. Huh! House keeping shouldn't be done before traveller checking out! I definitely don't recommend this hotel to all of you. Unless you are looking for a very very basic stay with cheaper price.

Beautiful place and very serene a place I would definitely visit again, we were there for 17 days. Staff extremely helpful always willing to help, and the breakfast was extremely good rooms are kept very clean with little extras which you would not normally get eg. Toothbrush & toothpaste all the things you need in your bathroom plus also fresh bottle water every day. When going into town quite far out so you do need a taxi and staff are always willing to call for you.
