Very attentive and friendly helpful staff in entire hotel. Room is very spacious and clean, buffet breakfast is superb, nice coffee too. The locals there are also very friendly and always willing to help/guide the tourists and they are open to sharing information of Langkawi.

We’ve been regular repeat visitors to Pelangi Beach Resort since the early 1990s, when we used to bring our children. We make a point of driving to other new resorts in Langkawi whenever they pop up.. But nothing compares to Pelangi!! The beautifully landscaped, wooden chalet concept is like living in a village but with fantastic resort facilities. Staff are super helpful, friendly and hard-working. They always make us feel like we’re returning to see close family. We enjoyed the food buffets in the different restaurants, as well as the entertainment (Pelangi Lounge and Pelangi Grill). Not to mention the beautiful stretch of Pantai Cenang alongside the resort. Can’t rate Pelangi high enough, whether it’s for families or couples.

If you’re in need of a more extensive range of equipment, you might want to explore nearby alternatives. Location: One of the highlights of Mercury Hotel is its convenient location. It’s a short drive to some of Langkawi’s popular beaches and attractions, such as Pantai Cenang and the Langkawi Sky Bridge. If you don’t mind a short walk or taxi ride, you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and tour operators around. Overall: Mercury Hotel offers good value for money, especially for travelers who want a comfortable and central base from which to explore Langkawi. While there’s room for improvement in some areas like dining and room size, the attentive staff and ideal location make it a great choice for those seeking a hassle-free stay.

Fantastic Stay I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff was welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Been to langkawi many times but haven’t make any booking here before. Once I arrived at Adya hotel with my cousin, the concierge staff is so friendly and on our last day we even request for extra hours for us because we need some time to pack our things and finally she’s willing to help us out☺️ Keep up the good work! Let’s make it short, the room is nice and spacy, the bathroom is spacy too. Even their housekeeping staff friendly too! They even arrange my makeup on the bed while we wait for them to clean the room😂. Anyway, It’s a good place to stay☺️. Will book here again🤭. Thank you💗!

I liked practically everything: location near the Chennai Beach, service, very nice and varied breakfast, fast WiFi even on the balcony. All the questions were decided by hotel staff very soon. Air condition in the room worked good. I don’t like 3 things: 1) no shower curtain - everything is constantly in water, no hot water in the tap, 2) there were no chairs and table on the balcony, and the presence of a rooftop does not solve this problem: after a hot day, you want to sit on the balcony, 3) dirty and very tired towels, the quantity of which does not correspond to the level of a 3* hotel. Kindly ask you please to consider the possibility of installing a plastic table and chairs on the balcony - everyone drags a bench from the room or an ironing board out onto the balcony. I also find the beds in the Deluxe rooms very short and uncomfortable. But I would recommend the hotel to my friends and I would come back there myself.

Low budget accommodation. We moved rooms and they are all quite similar. Cleaned and spacious. Good location close to the beach and restaurants. Not very nice swimming pool as it didn’t look very cleaned. The staff was friendly.for exploring the island it is a good option.

The room size and the bed size is nice for 2 pax. The location is quite strategic, right infront of the Cenang beach entrance, and within the street surrounding with franchise restaurant/cafe like starbucks, old town, Zus, pizzahut, subway etc. There are some local shop located nearby too. The staff is helpful, the bad side of the hotel is the car park too far behind the hotel building and no entrance from the backdoor. Other than that no comment on this room / hotel.

We had an amazing stay at temple tree resort, the colonial houses are beautiful and well maintained, the spacious garden and swimming pool were great! But the overall atmosphere and friendly staff made us not want to leave the hotel. It’s prefect to relax at terrace with a book and a nice glass of wine or a fresh pressed juice. Check out their food as wel!! Would definitely come back to temple tree when visiting langkawi again.

Perfect place to enjoy a little quiet time or rambunctious gathering of friends or family. Tempe villa faces the paddy field, I enjoyed gawking at the buffaloes grazing and still feel safe inside the compound. The gardens are so well manicured and lush, rooms are clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped with stove, oven, fridge if you feel the urge to cook, they even have bottles of seasonings at the ready. Loved the rain shower and the spacious bathroom, although a little disappointed there was no bathtub. Master bedroom was a bit hot as the air conditioning was not directly facing the bed and blocked by the wardrobe. Price is a bit steep considering there’s no communal facilities, no F&B outlet or pool, as other villas except for this one have their own private pool. It would be great if there was an outdoor ceiling or standing fan for the terrace too, as it can get quite humid when there’s no wind. All in all, a very beautiful estate run by very friendly staff made it a very memorable stay.
