Service is good. Staff friendly. Check in smooth. However when check out, you need to read notice at the counter. If receptionist not at the counter, they will leave a notice to guest, so you need to call them. Then staff will come over. (Don’t wait until hours)
Cleanlines overall is okay. I am too sensitive with dust, i can smell it from hallway and inside room.

-Hotel can provide air freshner in the room, especially no window room.

The room was empty, with only one chair and insufficient lighting. The electric water heater in the shower room had a switch outside the door. I thought the water heater was broken, so I took a cold shower. I didn't see anyone in the whole building that day, and there was no one on duty at the service desk. When I arrived at the hotel, I had to use the service desk phone to call for a waiter to come from another place to check in. I also had to use the phone to call for someone to check out. If it weren't for the music playing at the service desk, the whole hotel would have looked like an abandoned building. The only good thing is that it is close to the airport, but it is not convenient to eat around.
