Old and dirty. I just read reviews and trusted this hotel but all reviews are fake and they give gifts to guests if anybody white 5 star reviews. Please respect yourself and don't book this hotel.
Free pool is dirty and I couldn't use. Beach side pool is not free and they charge everyday 30MR for each person.

Please proceed booking to Holiday Villa. The staff, the environment, the facilities is the best among other hotels in Langkawi. We are excited to come back to Holiday Villa. The staff very helpful. The sunset view was stunning 😍❤️

How to start, during our stay at Holiday Villa Beach Resort Langkawi we had an amazing experience. The resort may be a little old, but to me, old is GOLD especially when everything is kept clean and spotless. Our towels and bed linens were changed daily, and every corner of the garden was beautifully maintained.
Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide spread every morning. The private beach was a highlight with soft sand, peaceful, and my kid practically had the whole beach to themselves! The swimming pool is impressively large and always clean, perfect for a refreshing dip.
Every staff member we met served us with a warm smile. Their hospitality truly stole our heart.
We had such a great time that we didn’t want to leave. Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back again. Full 5 stars from us!
For you who are looking for a calm place with lower budget please dont think twice this is perfect for you. But if u are lookinh for new shining every little spot please choose new hotel nearby, they are a lot of choice in langkawi. In my opinion this hotel dont deserved bad rating.. we will definitely come back soon.

Love it here the resort was beautiful with the private beach and pool bar had a great time with family and its very kid friendly with amazing breakfast buffet with a variety of food

It was a great stay, but there’s still room for improvement in your services. I understand that your hotel hosts many foreign guests, most of whom stay for long periods, but please appreciate local guests as well. No one helped me with my baggage during check-in or check-out, yet your staff seemed very attentive when assisting foreigners.

Had an anniversary staycation with my husband here and they provided this cute decor for us. The room has a classic-looking vibe with the old furnitures yet clean, spotless and comfy. Just my opinion here but I think there are too many mirrors in the room and it is a bit off-putting. The breakfast spread is satisfactory as I find that most of the food I had was nice.
