Came to checked-in here for our last minute short trip. The last time we not able to enjoy the pool due to under maintenance. So we take the chance to enjoy it this time round. But the pool was floated with many flies due to rainy season weather. So we extend our request at front dest and asked them to clean it. They do immediately. After waited almost 25 minutes, finally the pool is ready. We so glad able to enjoyed the pool this time. Thank you to the staff. But pool water quality not so good. Maybe management can please improve.

We enjoyed our time. Location is the only down but everything else was to our liking. Got a scooter for rent from nearby and thereβs a lot of good restaurants and shopping areas nearby

Friendly service staff, the bed is comfortable with clean bedding. Got to collect your drinking water from the water dispenser at level 2 and hot drinks from the coffee maker at the lobby. Mineral water and coffee/tea bags are not provided in the room. Better to buy your own mineral water rather than collecting water from the communal water dispenser. Restaurants are available within walking distance, not nearby though. Not a convenient location.

Come with families, we stayed for quite a week... the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was close to our location thus near to some other business center.
As for the room, the room was great, and this hotel do provide free coffee to the guest.

Around the area there are a lot of coffee shops and hacker stalls even fast food and also grocery stores

Good choice for a place to spend the night and spend the day to explore the Langkawi Island. Parking is a bit bother though. Nearby to our cruise jetty
