We are completely disappointed with the hotel..
Issues at the hotel:
1. Bed bucks and cockroaches are there fully in the room. Please check the attached photo.
2. In toilet the flush not working and the toilet flush gun is not there. Please check the attached photo.
3. The amenities mentioned that kids swimming pool is there but they didn’t mentioned in the site while booking as it is under renovation.
4. We have mainly chosen to book this hotel because of kids pool but here it’s closed and staff is very rude to answer to our quarries.

Hello, I was a guest at your hotel. I really liked that the hotel is very quiet. Mostly there were married Muslim couples, which did not cause me any discomfort. I slept very well. The only thing I didn't like. It had a very loud air conditioner that was right in front of my window, as well as some cracks in the window that didn't allow any cooling. Also, thank you very much for accommodating me, as I am a vegetarian, and they prepared a vegetarian salad and fries for me at lunchtime. I can't say that the breakfast was very varied, but quite filling. Thanks a lot. I will come back to you again if possible.

The resort used to look good during my last visit approximately 11 years ago. It seems like there no are renovations or upgrades done since then. The facilities look worn down. The pool was dirty. The washroom was not clean (There were two cockroaches there). The room's carpet was dusty. The bed linen was stained. The amenities were basic. No hair dryer or toothbrush provided. I think it is fair to expect at least a decent level of cleanliness & hygiene for the money paid, but it ended up in a disappointment. The resort's cleanliness must be improved to compete with new and upcoming accommodation options in Langkawi.

The carpet and the comforter in the room are quite dirty and have stains. Have mosquitoes during the night 😂. Breakfast was ok je la, not many varieties. Front desk staff not so friendly. I only choose this hotel for their kids pool. My children really enjoy their time there.

Suitable for young children bcos the waterpool was great. Breakfast so so but ok not bad. Old but well maintained hotel. Lobby no fan or aircond so afternoon time will be hot. However will not going to come back here. Just try for the experience
