Aloft Langkawi Pantai Tengah

Location was great. Short walk to the beach. Staff and service was wonderful. Breakfast spread was excellent. Nice warm pool to swim and soak. Only 30 minutes ride from airport.

A Memorable Return to Aloft Langkawi Pantai Tengah – Great Food, Modern Rooms, and Friendly Service This was our second stay at Aloft Langkawi, and we chose to come back because the food is fantastic, the rooms are modern, and the staff always makes us feel genuinely welcome. One major highlight is the breakfast – it’s simply awesome, with a wide variety of delicious options to kickstart your day.Good atmosphere & view at the pool However, we did encounter a minor inconvenience. Our initial room, 218, was located directly below the 24-hour gym. Unfortunately, the sound of weights being dropped and equipment being moved above was quite disruptive, creating noticeable thuds that occasionally made the ceiling vibrate. Thankfully, the staff and manager responded quickly and efficiently, arranging a smooth room change, which we greatly appreciated. Another thing that could use improvement is the hairdryer in the room – it feels a bit dated, and my wife, with long hair, found it a bit of a challenge. The washroom ventilation could also be better, as it tends to get stuffy after a shower. On a brighter note, the live band at the dinner area is fantastic, creating a great atmosphere to unwind in the evening. While we didn’t opt for the Saturday seafood buffet, even though it was my birthday, this was mainly because the promotion (pay for two adults, get one adult free) isn’t particularly couple-friendly. Instead, we chose the à la carte menu, which was equally impressive and added to our overall dining experience. Additionally, parking is convenient, which is always a plus, especially in a popular destination like Langkawi. Overall, despite a few minor issues, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend Aloft Langkawi for its excellent service, modern design, and outstanding dining options. With a few small tweaks, it could be the perfect getaway.

This was probably one of the best hotel stays i've ever had. Aloft was at the end of a stretch of hotels so there was some privacy but it was still a lively hotel. Staff were super friendly right from check-in. Our check-in was a little delayed because there was some issue with the aircon but the staff resolved it very quickly and we appreciate that they made sure to check it carefully before turning the room over to us. The room was 10/10. You could tell that there was attention made to the details like a clothes rack, little bean bags for the balcony and small hand towels. The bar was open until 12am so you could still have a drink when you return to the hotel after a long day out. We enjoyed the vibes very much. The security guards were also very attentive. They would always greet us and help us open the car doors whenever we leave or arrive back at the hotel. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Langkawi.

I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night every time I returned from my adventures. Amenities: The Loft offers an impressive range of amenities. The pool area is stunning, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. I also enjoyed the cozy lounge spaces where I could unwind with a book or chat with fellow travelers. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful way to start my day, with a great variety of options to suit every palate. Staff: The staff at The Loft go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and valued. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to provide recommendations for local attractions and dining spots. Their genuine hospitality truly made a difference during my stay. Location: Situated in a prime location, The Loft Langkawi is conveniently close to several popular attractions, beaches, and restaurants, yet it maintains a peaceful atmosphere. It was easy to explore everything Langkawi has to offer, making it an ideal base for my adventures. Overall Experience: My stay at The Loft Langkawi was nothing short of exceptional. Whether you are visiting for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a solo trip, this hotel offers everything you need for a memorable experience. I can't wait to return to this little paradise and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Langkawi!

Lovely clean property off the beach but very well located.  Good breakfast spread and lots of activities for the family/ kids during the day and at sundown.  Can eat at the hotel but would suggest try out the restaurants on this stretch. Cactus, the woods, yam yam, houng lou, Maya restaurant were our favourites.  Yuan Spa to the right of the hotel is a boutique Spa that makes up for the lack of a spa at the property.  In all a memorable stay !

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious, though the interior felt a bit worn, it was still in good condition overall. I also like the bar area where they have pool table and some games provided. A nice place to hang out or have a drink. The breakfast selection was good and enjoyable. The hotel is also within walking distance to the beach, with several restaurants and spas nearby, making it a convenient choice. They also have free parking space available for guest. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel!
