This is my first time staying in this hotel. Before checking in, I compared it with other hotels around. I felt that this hotel had the best value for money, so I chose it. I was moved by the hotel's thoughtful service. The room is also very good. It is arranged on a non-smoking floor with fresh air and clean hygiene. The facilities are complete and the night was very comfortable. Overall, the experience of this stay is particularly good, and I will definitely choose here again if I have the chance 👍🏻

The hotel is cost-effective. The waiter at the door has a strong sense of service. He took the initiative to open the car door and take the luggage. The room is clean and tidy. The shower water is very strong and comfortable. The lady at the front desk also gave me tickets for the performance of the Silk Road Art Center, which is great.

I have always trusted this hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The service at the front desk and the room are very good. The breakfast is rich. We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around. Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason. Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved. Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in. This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests. Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years. Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good. The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable. We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com). We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week. Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese. This is still the case, WHY? As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well. This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels. With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements. (Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him). There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.

We decided to go to this hotel temporarily during the National Day holiday. We didn't expect it to give us a big surprise, especially my daughter was quite satisfied. First of all, the room is ancient and the hotel's cultural experience projects are very rich, which is worth spending time exploring. It is particularly worth praising that the food and beverage quality is good, the options are high, and the price is super conscience. This is one of the best hotels we have eaten in five-star hotels. The distance is only 8 minutes by car from the Dream of Red Mansions project, which is very close. Every waiter is full of kindness. The only few places that need to be improved are the room facilities: for example, the bed in the meditation room is 1.8 beds and no extra beds can be added. It is not very comfortable for older children to squeeze together. The hair dryer in the room is difficult to operate and the wind is small; second, the breakfast in the meditation room is arranged in Jiahexuan, but the breakfast variety is far less than that of the ordinary room type in the food stall. Fortunately, we moved to the big stall the next day and ate more happily. I will go again in the future.

I stayed at the Wen'an Luneng Hilton Hotel during May Day. The climate in the park is very comfortable this season. There are still many play projects in the park. It is very suitable for children to play. I took children to play electric cruises, go-karts, and bonfire parties at night. It is very atmospheric! Manager Yuan also helped us prepare a lake view room, facing the lake, the scenery is super good! Due to the large number of guests during May 1st, the room attendant was also very hard and very helpful to help us clean the room quickly, so that we can move in quickly, and thank you very much for the room sister Lu Ailing and Liu Jingjing, and give you a thumbs up! The room was cleaned very clean! When the room was waiting, Manager Yuan took us to Linxuan to rest. Linxuan's little brother Zhang Kaixuan and Ma Xuan helped us make American coffee. The service was very polite and the service was very good! Overall, the hotel is very angry, the environment is very good, it is worth checking in again!

Overall, it was a pleasant surprise! My father had just recovered from a serious illness and could not travel far, so we decided to soak in hot springs nearby. However, we could not book anything in the ancient town of Mobei. First of all, I would like to thank Ctrip customer service! We failed to book the ancient town of Mobei several times, but Ctrip customer service was very considerate. When the booking failed, they even gave us a cash voucher. Then, according to the recommendation of Ctrip app, we went to Bazhou, which was only 100 km away. For the same price, it included hot springs and buffet. (1) Convenient transportation. If you are going from Beijing, don’t drive too close or too smoothly. It is only 5 km away after getting off the highway. There are many parking spaces in the hotel, and the parking lot is full of Beijing cars. (2) Hot springs. It is really good. I haven’t seen a real hot spring for a long time. It is very comfortable. It’s just that there are more people bathing in the afternoon, but if you stay in the hotel, you can bathe in the morning or evening to avoid peak hours, hahahaha. In addition, the outdoor hot springs are great! (3) Hotel service. Well, the service staff are very enthusiastic and have a good attitude, but I guess they have never received so many people before and were overwhelmed. . . (4) Self-service. The room includes meals, breakfast + lunch/dinner. We had dinner. It was not a big meal, but it was definitely good. My parents also enjoyed the meal. It was a comfortable meal for everyone, young and old. In addition, I have to say that the hotel is very generous. Drinks are not served in cups, but in bottles. Korla pears and Baba oranges are all whole. (5) Surroundings. There is nothing around. It is 5 kilometers away from the entrance of Bazhou City Government. There is a night market with various food. There is also a Haiyue Shopping Mall nearby. It is a bit big and looks good. After breakfast the next day, we went to Shengfang Ancient Town. There was a temple fair. Although it was a bit low-end, the kids had a lot of fun. I didn’t expect that the ancient town has a long history. I remember it as early as the Spring and Autumn Period. (6) Others. Bathing and spa are cost-effective. Although they are different from Shenyang Bathing Center, I am generally satisfied. P.S. The spa lady’s technique is really good and powerful. (7) Disadvantages. The indoor hot spring area is not very large. The shower in the room has been repaired twice, but I still can’t pee completely. . . Later, we all went to the female hot spring bathroom to take a bath. In addition, there are not enough public areas, so if you don't stay overnight, the experience will be worse.

The hotel is very good. Although it has been open for many years, the overall maintenance is good. The surrounding environment is also good. The hotel's supporting swimming pool is on the top floor instead of underground, which is a good point. In addition, the service of the staff is also good.
