賓館很新，房間非常乾淨。空調和熱水都非常給力。床的舒適度很高，床品毛巾也真的是，非常非常新。並且提供了乾濕拖鞋。從細節看確實是非常用心的。 早餐種類不是很多，但味道很好。怎麼説呢，食材算不上高檔，但是原材料品質真不錯，還是那兩個字：用心。（水果很新鮮很新鮮） 酒店的工作人員實在是太太太nice了。看了別的評價過來的，其實我也是好奇“工作人員素質高”到底是怎樣的。確實…！真的是素質高。經歷過太多千篇一律的標準式服務，這家酒店着實讓我體驗了一把什麼叫賓至如歸。 大堂的魚池實在是太美啦！工作人員還很貼心的提供了魚食，真是美好的行程。

I took my family to avoid the crowds before May 1st. I chose this Atour. The overall experience is very good. The front desk is very friendly, the breakfast is very rich, and the bathroom in the room is also very clean. My wife likes the shampoo and shower gel very much. At that time I came here late, but I didn't expect there to be a parking space. Parking is very convenient. Now this season, the air conditioner has started to cool down. The temperature is very suitable, and the sound insulation of the room is also very good. We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around. Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason. Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved. Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in. This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests. Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years. Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good. The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable. We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com). We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week. Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese. This is still the case, WHY? As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well. This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels. With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements. (Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him). There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.

Facilities: The hotel has complete and advanced facilities, and there is a parking lot at the door for convenient parking. The basic living utensils in the house are complete. The most surprising thing is that there are actually hand-made coffee sets, very satisfied. Hygienic: The hotel's sanitary environment is very good, the lobby is spacious and bright, and the interior is spotless. Both the pillows and the quilt are very dry and comfortable. Environment: The location of the hotel is very good, on the Art Avenue, convenient transportation, opposite the hotel is the park. There are many foods to choose from around. Service: Warm and thoughtful service. After arriving at the store, take the initiative to provide hot tea. The front desk lady politely introduced the hotel facilities in detail. Hotel staff will take the initiative to say hello, it is commendable.

The advantage of the newly opened hotel is that the mattress sleeps well, the facilities are newer, the parking is convenient, there are charging piles, and there are game consoles and sandpot balls in the hotel lobby for free.
