房間挺大，200➕的房間還可以吧，整體看也沒有啥大問題，比較乾淨，前台有個捲髮的男士服務還可以，有應必求。房間的最大缺點就是一進門房間有股味道，希望改善。

位置好找。停車位也是有的，方便停車。態度也都很好。還給免費升了防。房間也很乾凈，住的很舒服。一共訂了兩間。就是其中有一間半夜洗澡的時候堵了。工作人員上來發現是上一個住户長頭髮堵的。然後給通了。但是很影響睡覺。第2天還有行程。第2天退房的時候前台沒有任何錶示。我還特意説了堵了工作人員就回了一句，他們會看一看。事後也沒有任何電話回訪。但是除此之外都是滿分。

安全方面每個環節都有問題。晚上8點回房間發現門是開着的，是白天保潔完後忘記鎖門了，號稱有保安巡邏，巡了一天也沒發現門沒關。問如何杜絕此類現象再次發生，回覆話術“以後會加強培訓”，出了問題就一個前台小姑娘隔着電話在那裡一遍一遍“抱歉女士”，顯然這種打開住客的房門又不關的“小問題”不值得驚動管理人員。這不是第一次安全問題，也不會是你們最後一次安全問題，你們的策略就是等着出了問題再道歉。華住會就是這樣的管理水平，長見識了。

不是第一次入住了，房間裏在這個季節還有蚊子，半夜咬的難受沒有蚊香，房間電話無法使用聯繫前台，自行聯繫後半個小時3次電話催促均在敷衍了事，後起床下樓才拿到，從12.50到1.40解決，睡的特不好，基本很少給差評，實在是服務態度太差，另外衞生也是差的不行，這個季節還有蚊子可想而知。

總體酒店環境和設施都很讓人滿意。工作人員很熱情，很客氣，早餐種類也很多並符合大眾口味。地理位置也挺滿意的，附近餐飲店的選擇很多，基本上過個馬路或者步行個十來分鐘就能解決午餐和晚餐。推薦👍👍👍👍
