Friends came to Langfang to play, we chose to stay at the Hampton by Hilton Hotel, to be honest, it was really amazing to me, entered the store and checked in at the front desk to send us a small gift, the room environment is very clean, the room sister service is very warm, the room is facing the street but not noisy at all, sound insulation is very good. The message in the room, haha, I am very happy to see that picture. The next day for breakfast, the waiter smiled very sincerely. The variety of breakfast is too rich, desserts, salads, hot drinks, cold dishes, hot dishes, freshly cooked noodles. Because it was too late and I didn’t want to rush, I searched this hotel online. I didn’t expect the price to be beyond my expectation. The price-performance ratio is really high. It is a hotel that has been open for more than half a year. It is very new, has a good environment, and has complete facilities. The staff member Coco upgraded me to a large bed and gave me a piece of fruit. During the conversation, I learned that I had half a day to spare and carefully recommended places to visit nearby. It was very detailed and I also recommend everyone to stay here. Play around here

We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around. Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason. Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved. Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in. This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests. Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years. Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good. The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable. We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com). We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week. Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese. This is still the case, WHY? As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well. This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels. With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements. (Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him). There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.

The beauty at the front desk is very warm. The hotel environment is very hygienic. The house is very fresh. The service is very good. The wireless network is very fast. The room is very large and comfortable.

I stay here every time I come to Langfang for business, and I am considered a regular customer. I have been assigned the same room twice in a row recently. I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or care for Ctrip customers. There is no one in this room, compared to others.
