Naturhotel Waldklause

Beautiful hotel, great food, great staff. Despite this, we won't be coming back because the junior chef is so ignorant that he can't be beaten. We won't put up with that. It's a shame, we're not wine drinkers.

For our 7th anniversary we have chosen the unique Waldklause again, for the 3rd time. And rightly so, a big compliment to the whole team. A really successful, relaxing stay, great ambience, unique decoration by the boss. We enjoyed the Spa Deluxe Suite, that was really great. Incredibly friendly and attentive staff. And the food was really top notch. The selection was of the finest quality and very tasty as always. We will be back. Andi and Franca

The Waldklause is the perfect place to escape from everyday life. Very nice, large and comfortable rooms. A great wellness area with comfortable loungers. The breakfast is very plentiful and very good, the evening meal is the highlight. The food has always been very good and has gotten even better over the years. The service is great no matter where in the hotel. Thank you for the great work from the whole team...

Beautiful furnishings. Perfect food and a very, VERY elegant room. The lunch buffet in "bowl style" is unique and of unprecedented quality. We look forward to our next visit. The proximity to the thermal baths and the one-day free entry are great!

We arrived early and were able to move into our room after only a 10-minute wait (which was shortened with a glass of sparkling wine and a beer). Mrs. Auer carried out the final check personally. The room is wonderful, there is a bathtub, a water station (really a distinguishing feature) and a walk-in closet! This means the room can always be "tidy". The bed is just the right firmness, the blankets are warm and the view of nature from the bed is fantastic. The bathroom is absolutely clean, has beautiful materials and large bath towels. Now for our absolute highlight: the food. Varied, healthy, versatile, great combinations on the buffets. Show cooking is offered, smoothies to make yourself (with really professional equipment), a huge selection of bread and of course fresh egg dishes. The service staff are attentive, polite, available for current small talk and professional. At this point, thank you Monika :) We are really completely satisfied. When we asked for information at reception, the attentive young lady noticed that we wanted to buy a backpack for a hike and lent us one on the spot. Great! The rooms are very quiet and warm, and we also support go green. Not to forget the beautiful spa, where we asked ourselves every day why so many people were naked in the textile area. A compliment for the beautiful furnishings and the excellent coordination of the colors, wonderful materials and decoration.
