Many associates can communicate with above average to very good English. Two meals from room service very good (1 western, 1 local) and reasonably priced for a hotel. There is a nice pool and spa. Pool can get quite busy and loud during certain afternoon/evening hours. The town is quiet by Vietnam standards and there were virtually no other westerners around so we stood out but mostly in a good way as people were so friendly and welcoming (although sometimes literally shocked to see us). The local food is also great with a market just a few minutes walk away across the bridge.
