L'hôtel est moderne avec des contrôles électroniques qui lui donne un aspect de froideur et de distance d'avec la clientèle. La chambre ressemble à une chambre d'un hôpital. La douche et la toilette sont éclairés par une lumière de couleur violet qui fini par déranger la vue et notre confort visuel. L'hôtel est situé dans le quartier le moins intéressant de la ville et est un peu à l'écart et isolé. Le petit déjeuner est très décevant, des oeufs avec du pain ou une soupe. C'est hôtel n'est pas un 4 ėtoile et est beaucoup trop chère pour des services absents. Nous voyageons au Vietnam plusieurs mois par année et cet hôtel est le plus dispendieux de tous et le plus décevant de tous.
