This hotel exceeded our expectations, the moment we walked in, they had a welcome drink for us, the rooms were clean and the view was incredible, beach and pool view. The staff was good, they have English speaking staff and the manager of the restaurant buffet James was so helpful, he even arrange our driver back to Ho Chi Minh, it was really hard to get a ride back due to the Chinese New Years and he went up and above his job description. We will definitely come back, longer this this! Thank you everyone at Bella vista.

- The time i got to my room was nearly 3pm. I came there slightly early (11am) since it was a 2d1n trip. Came to a big, well known resort with different facilities, I expected more from their service. First, the receptionists are not welcoming. They checked in for us and kept our passports till check out day, which I found a bit odd, especially as its pay in advance. Then they just told me to wait till the room is ready, without a welcome drink or a suggestion as to what I can do while waiting. I had lunch at the ONE AND ONLY restaurant in the resort - Mermaid Restaurant, even though on their website there are around 6 listed places to go. There were 10 staff standing at that restaurant but no one seemed to be helpful. The restaurant was completely empty, we chose the table near the sea, but one staff came and asked if we can move to a smaller table. Both the restart and cafe charged 5% service fee, but the staff are slow and not attentive (waited 20m for drinks) and took ages for us to pay by card. There wasn’t any benches on their private beach or umbrellas. The pool is just 1,4m deepest. - The location is good and bad. It is right next to the beach but you can’t get any taxi yourself. If you wanna go out, have to ask the receptionist to book for you, and the price is not by miles but by your destination point. - Room on the other hand was spacious and clean. One very good thing here is the pool guys clean the pool area all the time so it is very clean, and there was also a beach guard watching for your safety.

Read many bad reviews through booking sites so I was a little worried before booking. However everything is pretty good and nothing special to complain about. Clean room, large swimming pool. Service is pretty good.
