The hotel is a self-defined five-star hotel in Vietnam. The attitude of the service staff is good, but the after-sales service is 0 points; dinner is at your own expense, so it is okay; breakfast the next day is indoors and outdoors, but the table is full of flies, so I choose to dine indoors to avoid the interference of flies;
Unfortunately, our family of four suffered from severe diarrhea and continued to have diarrhea the next day after checking out. It is seriously suspected that the kitchen was contaminated when it was cooled down after the meals were completed, or the chefs were not clean.
After contacting the hotel's customer service, there was still no reply. It was a bit hard to accept the price and service.

The environment of the entire resort is very beautiful. The double room I booked was very spacious. The double room my friend booked was average in space. Breakfast is also very rich. Overall satisfied. The only small regret is that the mineral water in the room is not free

Disadvantages: The facilities are old, the room lighting is too dark, and the bathroom lighting is darker. Advantages: The swimming pool is a highlight, and there are motorcycles for rent. Let the front desk help call the car at 8 o'clock the next day, but I called at 5 o'clock the next morning.

Một trải nghiệm đáng nhớ ở một nơi xa lạ, mình có trải nghiệm 2 ngày 1 đêm tại đây. Ví trí n*** đèo nước ngọt so với giá mình cảm thấy rất rẻ. Phòng rộng rãi thoải mái, vệ sinh tương đối sạch và gia đình rất dễ thương luôn. Đầy đủ mọi tiện nghi lại còn thoáng mát. Mình sẽ quay lại

We just loved this charming resort. The grounds are beautiful, the room was a pleasure to spend time in - clean, open, well-designed, and clearly recently renovated. The staff was friendly and helpful all the time. We loved the resort restaurant, both the setting and the food, and the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. Great pool, nice beach area (though we never really took advantage)...honestly, it's hard to find any fault with this resort. Perhaps the only negative is that the town it is located in has nothing going on for nightlife, etc - just a few rows of local restaurants which were (in our opinion) hardly worth walking to (although one COULD walk to them easily if desired). But that was no issue, as we spent our entire week in the resort just relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. We'll be back again!

First of all the hotel is very clean!! They tidy up my room daily. Auntie owner was soooo kind to me, she let me borrow a bicycle which is great coz I can go to places and enjoy the town. She also helped me arrange the bus to Dalat and made sure the shuttle pick me up at the hotel. I will definitely come back to Quoc An hotel! Thank you Auntie water 💦😘🙏🏻❤️
