The hotel is new, clean, quite nice. The interior is economical but also worth the price.
Check-in was late but the staff served well.
The welcome drink was delicious, the staff forgot to bring the welcome drink to the guests even though they saw us when they brought the water to others.
The swimming pool was warm and clean. The hotel's private beach had quite big waves, making it difficult to swim.
I ordered mineral water to my room at 22:00. The villa did not have a doorbell, when the staff knocked on the door, no one heard them, they opened the door, entered the villa and knocked on my bedroom door at 22:00 at night. I felt this was not private and unsafe.

I had a memorable experience at Lang Co Bay Retreat! The reception staff were enthusiastic and friendly. The reception manager was very cute. The restaurant was attentive and regularly asked about my stay. The villa was clean and fully equipped. Will come back.
