i had very high expectations on Marryhill Eatate after all renovations put down on Örenäs castle, unfortunately I am not at all satisfied. Location are of course equally great as before. The faciliies are still great for a conferance. But the luxury is not at all there. It is very new and fresh but you don’t get nice luxurious privacy and sound in the restaurant is terribly noisy. Breakfast was ok, lunch was so so and dining at the evening had truly low quality (not tasty and not luxury service and serving)

Brand new place so all the decor is nice and modern. Staff is helpful and polite. It's crowded and not large enough to handle this volume of people. Very loud music all over the place including the corridors so you can't even get some quiet time in your room. Pool area is so loud it hurts your ears. Rooms are small but OK well appointed. Dinner restaurant serves OK food but again the crazy music levels makes it hard to enjoy. Breakfast area is very crowded and not with a great selection of food. We pointed out the issue with the level of the music and was told it's part of their "concept" - I suggest they go back to the drawing board with this concept.. They market the place as a trendy and stylish country retreat, but it's more like a crowded disco lounge thing.

Looks great but thought it would be possible to get a little bit early pool access because of a 6 month old baby but they couldn't do it without charging for whole extra pool days. Even though we only wanted access to 2 hours in total for our visit. Bad service, no flexibility on a tuesday in january.

The place is both amazing and beautiful and really dissapointing at the same time. Beautiful location, nice and cute rooms, cozy environment and poolclub BUT the food was tasteless, the staff confused, really crowded and terrible breakfast and absolutely no place to sit... we booked a breakfast slot and still many people wandered around without finding a table. We had to wait for bread, coffee and other things at the buffet because the staff couldnt manage to fill up. The pool club was nice and really cozy with fireplaces and relax beds. Fresh and stylish. The place is newly opened and maybe everything will fall in place in a short time. I hope so because it has amazing potential!
