This was a fantastic hotel. The location was great, just across the river from the old city. The service in the hotel was super. The front desk, Melina, was so helpful in so many ways to make us feel comfortable. She knew how to run a front desk at a hotel for sure! The breakfast was also very good. The room was spacious and clean. Will definitely stay here again!

Great town, great hotel! Needed to pick up daughter at Munich airport and Freising was crazy $$. So happy we stayed in this gorgeous town, and the Isar City hotel did not disappoint. Large, modern clean rooms, totally updated bath, and fab breakfast; small concern for a four star hotel that no lotion or hair conditioner provided ( the one time I forgot to pack), but the welcome free coffee/tea and cakes provided in lounge make up for it! Two blocks to river- great running path and located right by Old Town!

My husband and I have just returned home to the USA from a wonderful stay at the remarkable hotel ISAR in Landshut. In years past we have always stayed in Freising but now Landshut, and in particular the staff at this hotel have completely stolen our hearts. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and in an ideal location however, what really makes it stand out is how welcoming and warm and helpful every single person working there was toward us. We were always greeted with a huge smile and friendly conversation and anything we asked about or needed was quickly taken care of. We left to explore another recommended town for a few nights but immediately regretted leaving the comfort and charm of this hotel and of Landshut. We really wished that we lived closer and could visit more often but despite the long travels we are already plotting how we can return very soon. It’s very rare that a hotel stay can be so absolutely perfect, but The Hotel ISAR was a 10/10 A very huge Thank you to each and every staff member at the hotel for making our stay so wonderful. Sehr freundlicher Service. Gutes Frühstück. Café und Kuchen Nachmittags gratis. Hochwertige Ausstattung aber alles leicht in die Jahre gekommen. Betten aber Gut. Klimaanlage zeigte keine Wirkung. Couch und Sessel durchgesessen. Zimmerservice wohl etwas überlastet.

Schönes Hotel, tolle Lage, engagierte Menschen. Die Isar-Residenz ist für mich eine Insel im Alltag. Ich kam diese Woche nach einem hektischen Tag in Landshut an. Es war fantastisch, wie sich das Team und Herr Kirchammer um meine Wünsche gekümmert haben. Vielen Dank aus Nürnberg nach Landshut.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption, insgesamt durchwegs freundliches Personal, ein sehr gutes Frühstück, saubere Zimmer, und als Draufgabe ein Kaffeeautomat zur freien Benutzung in der Lobby - wir waren sehr zufrieden, es hat alles gepasst.

Sehr freundliche Begrüßung mit vielen Tipps zur Stadt. Großes Zimmer, sehr heller und ansprechender Frühstücksraum mit sehr großer Auswahl. Kaffee und Kuchen nachmittags kostenlos. Sehr kurzer Weg in die Innenstadt mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés und Sehenswürdigkeiten (z.B. Burg Trausnitz). Hell, groß und sauber mit gemütlicher Sitzecke. Vom Einchecken über Nachfragen bis zur Abreise immer sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Kräfte. Sehr schöner Frühstücksraum mit großer Auswahl und sehr freundlichen Bedienung. Es gibt auch ein kleines Bistro mit Pizzen und Getränken zu fairen Preisen. Nachmittags kann man sich neben der Rezeption in einer Lounge kostenlos an Kaffee/Tee und leckerem Kuchen bedienen. Es besteht die Möglichkeit der kostenfreien Nutzung eines in der Nähe gelegenen größeren Fitnessstudio. Die Zimmerkarte ermöglicht den Zugang.

Wir waren eine ganze Woche hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang bei der Ankunft / Check-in. Das Zimmer geräumig und ruhig. Das Frühstück Buffet ist sehr umfangreich. Spiegeleier etc. werden frisch zubereitet. Vor dem Haus hat es ein paar Parkplätze aber wir hatten unser Auto die ganze Woche in der geräumigen Tiefgarage wo es immer genügend Platz hatte. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal um in die Stadt zu gehen. In 5 Minuten ist man im Zentrum. Also alles Bestens!
