We have really enjoyed our holiday and we are already planning to return. The hotel is very well placed for a ski in/ski out experience. The food is amazing and their recommendation of the Privilege ski school was spot on. A much better and comfortable alternative to a Club Med holiday!

We stayed at Hotel L'Augille Grive, Les Arc 1800 for 7 nights in July 24. It was the first week of the summer season so the hotel only had a few guests. We stayed in a ground floor double room with lovely views of the mountains The hotel is situated above the main village but is easily accessible 10 minutes on foot if you are reasonably fit. The room is small but equipped with everything you need. There is a kettle in the room but no fridge. However fresh milk was available if needed. The staff were so welcoming and helpful and looked after our every need. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and varied despite only having so few guests. The evening meals were varied and cooked to perfection. If there was something on the menu that wasn’t suitable then the chef would cook up something else to suit your tastes. Les Arc 1800 was a great place to stay in the summer. There are lots of activities to suit all ages. We enjoyed several walks in the mountains. There is a good walk around the golf course starting from the hotel. We would recommend this hotel and we look forward to going back again.

We booked a last minute 4 day break in one of the ground floor bedrooms at l’Aiguille Grive chalet hotel and had a great stay. The hotel was very well placed, our room was comfortable, dinners were varied and delicious and breakfast was copious. Service was excellent, including collection and return of boots and skis, and staff were all very accommodating and friendly.

The staff were warm and welcoming, the hotel was cozy and the food was excellent. We enjoyed a lovely week and would only change the amount of snow! The lounge/bar area was our favorite, and this is a widely underutilized space for guests to enjoy a drink or round of billiards after dinner. Note: We did not include dinner in our reservation as there was interest in exploring and eating out most nights. Unfortunately this worked against us as the best alternative restaurants appear to be in 2000. We'll know better next time!

Literally in the middle of the slopes. Balcony racing afternone/evening sun. Small, welcoming, young helpful enthusiastic staff. All of them seamed to really enjoy their mission. Just spot on. And as a couple, a perfect get away. Rooms are clean and food is great. Recommended!

12 of us (3 families of 4) stayed here for a week. The location was great for getting on and off the slopes. The staff were all wonderfully helpful and made extra efforts to make us feel welcome. The food was amazing and very generous portions. The chalet itself was clean and comfortable (great showers!) and had a spectacular view across the valley. We would highly recommend.

Our friends had accommodation in the city center, we did not know that our accommodation would be directly on the ski slopes, the disadvantage is in the evening to join them in the center, the hotel offers a shuttle but a lot of waiting, hotel recently renovated but I have a real problem with the color red which is my color to avoid, bad surprise when I arrived seeing this red color everywhere in the hotel and even in the room, we had asked to change but the hotel was full except that on the internet there were still rooms to rent, not very correct.

We had arrived in the morning and we had warned of this early arrival but we had to wait for legal time to obtain our accommodation. On the day of departure we had asked to keep our accommodation longer and this had been refused, these are small details because everything else was perfect

Convenient location for skiing but not for the rest, we had friends who were staying in the city center and we were too far away to really be able to see them regularly, we should have looked at the location before booking. However, forgetting the location, the hotel was great with lovely staff
