"The hotel was excellent and the hotel was very good. The staff is very aware and answers our questions. It is also very well located n, nearby bus stops (face to the hotel) and the tram a few minutes walk. The fact that transportation is free adds one more to the hotel !"

"The counter service is good. However, the room is too small. My husband and I have a 26inch and 24inch luggage bag and there’s no space to open both our luggage tgt. I would nt recommend here if you have a big luggage along cause not so convenient"

Great transport links to airport directly by bus within 35-40 min and into the centre. Staff- friendly and efficient. Toiletries provided but no lotion available. Rooms clean and large enough. Beds and pillows comfortable. Universal plug sockets and usb charging available in the room."

"Overall very warm, booked a double room with a kitchen. If you are not used to eating Western food, you can go to the supermarket to buy some food and come back to yourself. The disadvantage is that the front desk is not 24h service. We can't check out at the front desk because of the morning flight. The converter plug we borrowed is ready to be returned to the front desk, but no one. So I put it in the room. Later, the mail received the bill and directly charged us the cost of the conversion plug... Everyone returned to China, and it was no good to contact the hotel again. Can only be planted, but his morning croissant is very fresh and delicious!"
