The apartment is on the 1st Floor with large balcony.
It has 2 bedrooms, (lower area double bed + upper open area 3 single beds) with shower room, kitchenette (fully equipped), dining area, couch (sofa bed), TV + radio
Pure relaxation with a healthy island climate, pure sea air, mild temperatures and plenty of hours of sunshine. Make your stay an unforgettable experience. Relax, relax, no hassle. Here you will find fascinating natural beauties.
Our house is idyllically located below the Granitz hunting lodge, between the seaside resorts of Binz and Sellin. Plenty of open space to linger (1.5 ha), rest and relax. Garden, large playground and soccer field, garden furniture, beach chair, barbecue area, parking spaces in front of the house, traffic-free location in the middle of nature.
The location is an ideal starting point for bike tours and hikes. You can set off or hike directly from us. Of course, you can also simply relax on our spacious facility and enjoy nature.
No matter if you are traveling alone, with family, with friends or as a group. Dogs are welcome. We are looking forward to your visit!

Super schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage
Wir waren mit 5 Hunden unterwegs und wurden herzlich begrüßt. Die Wohnungen war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so benötigt. Man kann schöne Wanderung direkt vor der Haustür starten oder einfach die Ruhe auf dem großen Grundstück genießen. Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung ein Stück weg von dem TourismusTrubel von Binz, Sellin und Co.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in Ordnung
Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität, die Lage ist angenehm ruhig (abgesehen vom gelegentlichen Tuten des rasenden Rolands, was aber nicht stört). Die Landschaft ist sehr schön.
Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und kümmert sich sofort um alles was anliegt. Danke dafür!
Es war alles in Ordnung bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten:
Die Matratzen des Doppelbettes sind leider sehr durchgelegen, da ist der Schlaf nicht besonders erholsam. Das Bett ist leider auch etwas kurz für Leute ab 1,9 Meter Körpergröße. Das sollte man vor der Buchung bedenken.
Die Küche ist auch eher etwas für eher kleinwüchsige Menschen, zumal es keine Spülmaschine gibt. Herd und Ofen sind sehr sauber und ordentlich, aber auch schon etwas betagt, so dass es recht lange dauert, bis das Essen fertig ist.
Schön wäre auch eine kurze Rückfrage, ob die Gästekarten wirklich benötigt werden, bevor man sie zahlungspflichtig erhält.
Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Als wir ankamen wurden wir gleich herzlichen begrüßt. Beim Rundgang durch die FEWO ist uns gleich die liebe zum Detail aufgefallen. Die Handtücher der Kinder waren zu Elefanten "geformt" und hatten eine Süßigkeit im Rüssel, was die Kinder total toll fanden. Das Grundstück ist riesig mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten. Den Brötchenservice haben wir jeden Tag in Anspruch genommen. Am Di und Do wurde für die Gäste lecker gekocht.
Fazit: Man kam sich gleich willkommen vor. Die Vermieter waren immer da um Fragen zu beantworten oder einfach nur um sich nett zu unterhalten. Einfach super! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!

Perfekte Anlage für einen Entspannungsurlaub
Gerade für Fans des romantischen Jagdschlosses Granitz die perfekte Unterkunft! Durch die große Grundstücksfläche um das Haus ist vom Entspannen im Strandkorb bis zum Federball SPiel alles möglich. Wer mehr Trubel sucht, wird im nahe gelegenen Binz fündig.
