This beautifully renovated, 1800s era, 4 bedroom home features all the comforts of home, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, small fenced backyard, and lots of living space.The first floor has an open concept, with the foyer/living room, dining room and kitchen all flowing together. There is also a half bath and the laundry facilities on the first floor.The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which each have a queen bed and the third has 2 twin beds. Also on the second floor is a full bath.The third floor is a large loft space with a full bed, a dresser for storage, and an air mattress and blankets for additional sleeping room for larger groups/families.PLEASE NOTE: the third floor is only accessible through the master bedroom.We do not have off street parking here, however, there is free street parking and the N. Queen Street parking garage is several hundred feet away so that's a great option if finding a spot on the street is a problem.Our place is close to Central Market, Fulton Theater, Lancaster General Hospital, Prince Street Cafe, and so much more. You’ll love our place because of the convenience of the location, close to all that Lancaster City has to offer. Our home is just minutes away from everything downtown including the very best restaurants, live music, Central Market & amazing cafes. A short 15 minutes away and you can get to all of the outlets, Sight and Sound, American Music Theater & beautiful Amish farmlands. Our home has 2 bedrooms, a comfortable finished basement with full futon, WiFi, two full bathrooms and a private backyard.The spaceWe have a comfortable living room, an eat- in and nice size kitchen, backyard and two bedrooms. There’s a full bathroom upstairs. One bedroom has a king size bed and a full futon in the room and the other bedroom has two twin beds. Our basement is completely finished and has another full futon in it, a small sofa, games all around for family fun and another full bathroom.Guest accessThis is a residential neighborhood. Parking is free and only on the right side of the street. If there are no spots open on the street at the time when you are looking to park, there are adjacent streets always with ample free spaces available.Other things to noteOur musically inspired home is located on a residential block with houses and walls close to each other, which means that sometimes people make noise in or out of their homes. If you’re looking for a nice quiet Airbnb, we have a bigger one on our Airbnb profile which may best suit your needs. From the exposed ceiling, to the colored cabinets this home will continue to wow you with eye popping details as you enter every room.Guests have access to the entire house, including the basement where the laundry is located. A code will be provided for the keyless entry a few days prior to your stay.The Vintage Inn:- A 15 minute walk to center city to enjoy all of Lancaster’s finest venues- 5-10 miles from the heart of Amish country - Keyless entry via a personalized code- Free on street parking is available. Due to the neighbors parking in the alleyway. Please do not use the off-street parking behind the house.- Our home does not have cable television, but the TV allows for streaming services, (please use your own login)- This is a townhome with houses located on either side.
