The front desk service attitude is not very good and the tone is rather harsh. The woman at the front desk on the night of check-in was probably the hotel owner's daughter. Also, the mineral water in the room had been opened, and it was still filled with tap water in water bottles. This makes us feel at ease when we check into the hotel, the bed is still squeaking.
