Pros: - Most of the staff were very friendly, especially the ones working behind the bar. - The breakfast is extensive and good - the food in the restaurant was excellent. -Private parking with plenty of room. -They have nice deals (enjoy) which I didn’t know alas. Cons: -Housekeeping is a DISASTER. They won’t stop knocking even after yelling ‘occupied’ or ‘bezet’, they keep at it. And when they finally get it you want some more rest, they start vacuum cleaning in front of your door. So don’t plan on sleeping late. - Dated rooms and some mold in the bathroom. Rooms need a fresh-up - Hotel is filled with 90% pensioners. For me not really a problem. But if you’re a young couple it could be weird.

Wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing weekend with children: warm and cozy swimming pool, sauna that can be privatizedd, restaurant, daily hotel room with two bedrooms, and all the fun in one place. We recommend this place also for great walks on the natural park next door and the museums and markets at Maastricht near by.

Pleasant overnight stay. Staff is polite and accessible. Communication in English and Deutsch is also advantage. Reach to the hotel is easy and location is close to Maastricht. Would be good if per charge, 25€ is announced in advance to avoid surprise at the checkin .

Supernice staff, clean room, warm pool (water could be a bit cleaner, but very noisy hallways (or doors not very sound proof) and a bit lack of ventilation in the room. And another sentence to fulfill the two hundred characters requirement.

We had a lovely welcome to the hotel, a welcome drink, great advice on where to eat in Maastricht, which was just 7km drive to the centre. Great location for a biking holiday with the canals on the doorstep of this very comfortable hotel.

Room has carpet on the floor, I don't think this is very hygienic. bathroom very good. Missing coffee/tea in the room Breakfast very good but very long queue to get your coffee . Hotel has swimming pool so great for children. Also hotel has enough parking but you have to pay for it. Staff is very friendly

A very nice and clean hotel.Employees are nice , polite and ready to help at anytime. We were welcomed by a nice drink . The restaurant is good, but a bit expensive . The waiters are really so nice and friendly . There was a sort of a Quiz in the evening to entertain guests. People enjoyed it, but we couldn’t understand the language . The pool is warm . My kids enjoyed it . However , there are no chairs and it is not accessible except on fixed hours. It would have been great if there were towel robes in the room to use after swimming. Overall , we enjoyed our stay and might come back.
