非常非常非常差的一次體驗，這種商家攜程就應該封殺它，訂之前看差評裏説服務態度差我還沒當真，這次算是體驗啦。前台人員毫無服務意識，態度蠻橫。我們定的三個房間，其中一個房間第一天有冷風，剩下兩間沒有，大家沒説什麼，第二天太熱了，客氣的詢問能否把空調開開，結果前台十分不耐煩的讓我們把温度調到最低，我們調了結果沒用，同時第二天三個房間都沒有空調了。空調不製冷，明顯是故意沒開冷風，卻讓我們調到最低，那怎麼我第一天調到25度有冷風，第二天調到5度都沒有？退房時不讓帶走一次性拖鞋，網頁和店裡都沒有明示説不讓帶啊！沒有明示的情況下我認為都在房價裏沒毛病吧？前台説:我們這拖鞋不是一次性的，你一張老繭臉長得醜也就算了，但你不能又醜又滿嘴跑火車啊啊啊啊啊！後來想着趕飛機就算了，有兩個人退回去，有一個同事因為來不及翻行李箱就沒退，前台竟然沒有提示，按金直接扣了拖鞋錢後原路退款。這跟搶劫有區別嗎？攜程的商家都這麼隨便扣按金嗎？扣多少都不説一聲嗎？都不提前通知嗎？用拖鞋玩***嗎？

酒店還可以吧！出差臨時預訂的 但是居然要300按金 已經有點跟不上形勢啊 希望能夠改進 嵐縣的土豆宴很好吃 推薦

標間很差，200多一間房間應該不算便宜，但實際設施很爛，隔音很差，對面房説個啥一清二楚。服務員很拽，所以能不去就別去了。

從沒給過任何差評，但是這次實在不能忍。
出差訂的豪華套房，説實話房間配置中規中矩，但在縣城裡算還行了。可是酒店的制度和服務簡直不要太差，普普通通的一次性拖鞋帶走需要收費5元，名曰可穿不可帶走。房間描述的瓶裝水免費（沒説衹免2瓶），不夠喝再要時候磨磨唧唧不給送，送來2瓶也沒人告知要收費，最後莫名其妙就從按金里扣了！！
就想問問酒店方，我的房間可住兩人，是不是應該費用裏包含了兩人的用品？！既然是付過費的一次性拖鞋為啥不能帶走，那我雙早衹吃了一人份，是否也應該退我另一人的錢？誰也不是付不起這兩瓶水錢，但你若如此精於算計，我也不得不發聲了。
荒唐可笑的入住體驗，膈應人，強烈不推薦。。。
