I reserved and paid back in October. When we arrived on Jan 11 -- we were told that our reservation was cancelled. In fact they were hosting a wedding - and cancelled our reservation without any warning. They proposed a disgusting replacement hotel (one-star backpacker hotel) which was 30€ per night rather than the 90€ per night we paid. We wasted 2 hours of limited time in beautiful Lamu. They refused to reimburse us and refused to send an email confirming that they cancelled a paid reservation (I went to see them 2 times). AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS - THEY HAVE ZERO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. If you book with them (******* should remove them from their list) - you risk losing your reservation and being in a position last minute to find an alternative. Luckily we found a beautiful AirBNB (Andavelo) very last minute who were incredible!

We have tray today to have a dinner After 2 hours of waiting a terrific food arrive: The Calamari old, hard and cold, rice was a cold meals We have left all food on dishes 3200 KEF pay for noting!! Also the Beverage was served cold!! To avoid avoid avoid!!!
