my room facing a spectacular view, and that view released the exhausted feeling because long journey around Lampung. if I have the chance, I would love to come back.

I am booking 5 non smoking room, but the reception give me room in smoking 5th floor with very bad cigarettes smell, so I request to change the room, the receptionist insist that non smoking room and I told her to give me rooms in non smooking one or refund my money, then she give me in 7th floor. From 5 rooms, the 2 rooms bedsheets very dirty and I asking them to change it, 1 room the air cond broken. I am fully understand that hotel business get big impact during this pandemic but cleanliness supposed to be priority during this period.
