Everything was perfect. The place is 20 mins walk only from the coast path, excellent for hikes. Breakfast was amazing and the room and en suite super clean. Thank you so much!

Superb B&B. Lovely quiet location, so a peaceful night's sleep in a well- equipped, spotlessly clean, comfortable room. An added bonus was a little outdoor seating area with a table and two chairs. Nice to sit out with a cuppa at the end of the day. Tracy, the host, is so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble and her breakfast was spot on (proper bacon). Would highly recommend a stay at Rosedene. Being in a quiet location you do need a car.

Fab B&B! Clean, comfortable, quiet, excellent hospitality. Breakfast cooked to order plus a selection of yogurts, cereal, juices and homemade fruit salad. Good WiFi connection. Beautiful, well-kept gardens. Would love to stay again when visiting this part of Wales. Note that Rosedene is situated in a tiny village. You will likely need a car, I didn’t notice any bus service nearby.

Amazing! Immaculately clean and comfortable. The host was so lovely and went out of her way to answer our questions about the local area. We had our own private patio with a table and chairs. My son loved the hot chocolate sachets that were replenished daily! The breakfast was perfectly cooked to personal choice every morning and there was a variety to satisfy everyone. A fridge is available to store any snacks...wine! The lounge area is very comfortable and if you are lucky, as we were, other guests will join you to chat about their adventures. The lane behind the B&B is full of bats at twilight and the Church grounds are fascinating to explore. Loads of beaches, pubs and historical sites close by but you would probably be better in a car than using public transport. I've just travelled home and I already want to go back! Did I mention how comfortable the beds are!!! Ten out of ten. And I'm normally a moaner!

this is probably the best Guest House we have ever stayed in! The breakfast, cleanliness, facilities are all first class but as my wife is disabled her stay was made so much easier (even a traffic cone to reserve our parking space for ease of access) with high toilet seat, ramps and a huge bed. First class and could not fault in any way

Lovely welcoming B and B. Friendly hosts Mike and Tracy. We were in the disabled room - ramp into main property. Car space with cone for when you return after day out . Ground floor spacious room with huge bed. Ramp to outside private patio area. Coffee making facilities/biccies etc. Spacious wet room handrail nr toilet and in shower area. Fluffy white towels. Delicious Welsh breakfast - bacon and mushrooms especially tasty. Lots of other choices. Highly recommended and we would return. One small point a small shelf in shower would be good, as when youve walking /balance problems after soaping up there is no where convenient to place your gel/soap.

We have just returned from a four night stay at Rosedene b&b along with three of our friends. We were all very happy with the three rooms we were allocated. We stayed in room 5 which is an immaculately clean, very comfortable room with en-suite wet room with massive fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits replenished every day. Our room had a private, secluded paio area where we sat and enjoyed a cuppa in the sunshine. The entire place is kept sparkling clean - in fact we said it was the cleanest, best presented b&b we have ever stayed in. The owners, Tracey and Mike, must work endlessly to keep it as nice as it is. Breakfasts were incredible. Fresh fruit salad, pastries, yogurts and full English or a personal selection from the breakfast menu on offer every morning. We were so well fed that we didnt need to eat again until the evening! Tracey and Mike were extremely helpful and friendly and provided us with info about the surrounding area. We can highly reccomend this b&b and is we are ever in the area we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. Thank you to Tracey and Mike for a wonderful stay.

The most welcoming and comfortable stay ever in a B&B. Tracey and Mike are the perfect hosts. A beautiful room each time we have stayed and the breakfasts are awesome. The beds are so comfortable and everything you need in a room including the tea and coffee and biscuits etc. We have stayed here twice now and would not hesitate to stay again and recommend to other people. It really is the best.
