This hotel is a gem. It is clean, sustainable and elegantly decorated. The entire team especially Giovanna was kind and very accommodating. The food was great and the Wi-Fi worked amazingly for those who have to work. We loved it! I highly recommend it. It’s close to everything - beautiful beach and downtown.

A delightful dammuso with an enchanting position, on the most beautiful cove of all of Lampedusa, cala creta which offers the colors of blue and emerald green that are difficult to explain in words. So lovely location. Excellent service. There is so much heart in the management, the heart of Giovanna, Andrea, Antonino who could not have done more to make our stay unforgettable. Organizing everything…transfer, scooter rental, shower on the day of departure so that you can enjoy your holiday at the last minute. Smiles, advice, suggestions, kindness ... in a word ... pampering! Very pleasant conversations with each of them and also with the owner… very nice! The dammuso has a delightful patio, the bed is very comfortable! I loved every single moment of this wonderful holiday… see you next year! Roberta from Mondello 😂❤️

We dined at this restaurant several times during our holiday in Lampedusa. Always good menu, cordial staff, young and always very attentive to customer needs. Well done! Too bad we didn't find a place to stay overnight.

La struttura è bellissima e caratteristica, il dammuso comfort plus una vera chicca....un soggiorno da sogno, ma non posso attribuire un punteggio maggiore per via di alcune situazioni che ci hanno un po' amareggiato. Abbiamo cenato quasi ogni sera presso il ristorante della struttura: menu con alti e bassi ma comunque buono; purtroppo, alla richiesta di una semplice insalata per accompagnare il pasto, ci è stata negata (dalla spiegazione ci è sembrato quasi che lo chef non poteva abbassarsi a fare un'insalata, qualora invece non ne avesse avuta a disposizione bastava farlo presente). La colazione ci è sembrata un po' povera per il tenore del luogo. Tutto il personale della struttura e della ristorazione è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, non possiamo dire lo stesso della proprietaria, avendola trovata nella hall le abbiamo rivolto alcune semplici domande ma la risposta è stata assolutamente poco empatica. Insomma questa struttura è tra le più belle dell'isola, per coccolare chi viene da lontano, e paga anche bene, basta davvero poco.

Sono stata costretta a cambiare hotel dopo la prima notte. Accoglienza pessima, colazione con poca scelta, stanza non ammobiliata e buia, nessuna connessione Wi-fi. E non ho ancora detto il peggio. Non c’è acqua calda. La caldaia ha un’autonomia di pochi minuti perché contiene pochi litri quindi sei costretto a fare la doccia gelida. La mattina ci siamo svegliati e le luci erano fulminate. Siamo scappati e abbiamo soggiornato in un altro hotel in cui abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort. Soprattutto perché di fronte alle nostre lamentale sono stati sgarbati e maleducati dicendoci se volete andate via. Una scena tra il comico e il drammatico.

Posto incantevole… pulizia ottima… Dammuso fresco e accogliente…. personale gentilissimo e disponibile.. buona e varia la colazione non abbiamo provato il ristorante la sera… unico neo (ma anche occasione di staccare del tutto) il wi-fi non arriva ai Dammusi… assolutamente consigliato! Speriamo di tornarci a soggiornare
