FRAUD WARNING!!! The Hotel Martello - Lampedusa has committed a financial fraud to me. They have never returned my credit card deposit of 800eur despite me paying 400eur for my 4 night stay directly at the reception of the hotel on May 13th, 2023! So by collecting the direct payment for my stay on top of keeping my online booking deposit, they collected 3 times more than my room rate! I requested several times the refund of the deposit - without success. They simply stopped responding to my emails! I’ve opened an official fraud case through my credit card operator and I’m in the process of suing this hotel for this fraud.

Hotel is just at perfect spot at the harbor. Staff very friendly. Really helpful, nice, polite, and even i do not speak italian, they try all the best to make me feel welcome. Special thanks to Gianfranco, who was very very very special. Grazie mile per tutto, amici.

Non è la prima volta che mi reco in questo Hotel che sa di famiglia calore e accoglienza. Trovo Lampedusa magica e anche quest'anno dopo anni che dire... Cibo ottimo, pesce fresco, qualche novità tipo preparazione cannolo durante la colazione e karaoke serale. La Sig. ra Angela gentilissima e tutto lo Staff carinissimi sempre pronti ad accontentare i clienti. Hotel comodo a tutto. Se non si vuole usare l'auto il bus è praticamente di fronte. Ho incontrato bellissime persone tra cui Ornella, Terry, Luciano, Enrica, Maurizio, Daniela e Stefano che hanno reso tutto il soggiorno meravigioso. Mi avete coccolato e accolto. Grazie a tutti😘 Spero a presto!

MAGNIFIQUE 👍 ajouter une étoile ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Juste face à la mer 🌊 ils ont un petit déjeuner magnifique grâce à leur cheffe 🧑🍳 local . Nous avons goûtez le cous sucré à petit déjeuner et D’autres spécialités comme le cannolo préparé par nous même . Nous avons fait un tour en bateaux de l’île et nous avons vu les dauphins 🐬. Je conseille cette hôtel pour la propreté, la localisation, et surtout le personnel ….. les fils du propriétaire, ROSALBA et la cheffe pâtissière ANNALISA , les filles du ménages ( propreté 10/10 ) je vais réservé pour bientôt ❤️❤️❤️ nous sommes très heureux .

Abbiamo soggiornato in hotel dal 31/8 in coppia con altri amici e da subito siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità, fornendo informazioni ed aiuto nei servizi che ci occorrevano La camera è spaziosa e funzionale, pulizia impeccabile; la nostra è con vista sul porto mentre i nostri amici hanno vista sulla spiaggia della Guitgia, distante pochi passi Colazione molto buona, anche con dolci della tradizione lampedusana ogni giorno diversi, curata la presentazione e gentile disponibilità alle varie esigenze Complimenti a tutto lo staff! Consigliatissimo!

Posto carino, ottima colazione. Pulizia e accoglienza al primo posto. Situato in un zona centrale, vicino al mare e a corso Roma. Colazione perfetta. Servizio veloce e accorto. Tornerò molto volentieri a trovarvi. Andando via, ho la sensazione di aver lasciato una famiglia. Grazie!

Più che un hotel una casa in cui si viene accolti da una famiglia calorosa...le Signore Angela, Annalisa e Rosalba ma, in generale, tutti coloro che lavorano in questa struttura ti accolgono e coccolano con la cura ed il calore che soltanto i siciliani possiedono...colazioni strepitose con prodotti e piatti tipici della tradizione culinaria siciliana sono il fiore all'occhiello dell'hotel. Consigliatissimo di vero cuore...!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel sito in prossimità della spiaggia di Guitgia. Siamo stati molto bene, la titolare dell'hotel davvero molto gentile, stanza molto pulita e colazione direi eccellente. Contiamo di tornare anche per rivedere questa splendida isola.
