The hotel is comfortable, the images on the website match the spacious rooms/suites, the staff is extremely kind. It is located in the city center, with restaurants, pharmacy, port, car rental stores, bus stop nearby. Great wifi. Simple breakfast. They provide a transfer to/from the airport.

We stayed 7 days in this property which has a strategic position. Quiet, clean and well-kept facility. Super breakfast, plentiful and varied, both sweet and savory. Courteous, polite staff and a lot of professionalism. Strategic and quiet location, structure a little "lived in" but clean, quiet and well-kept. All air-conditioned rooms. Room (303) a little small, the bathroom clean but the furnishings absolutely need to be renovated (especially the shower). Thorough cleaning and large terrace with good views. Abundant and varied breakfast (sweet and savory) with many specialties and delicious homemade products. Cuisine (dinner) with limited but very good choices, with typical dishes and fresh fish. To underline the courtesy and helpfulness of all the hotel staff, who really made us feel at home. Considering the quality/price ratio, accommodation to be recommended to those who are not necessarily looking for a luxury structure, but a comfortable and human-scale hotel. Ottima esperienza in questo hotel a 2 passi dalla centrale via Roma. Camera molto spaziosa dotata di tutti i confort, frigobar,cassaforte terrazzino, televisore ,pulizia eccellente ,teli mare forniti ogni giorno,colazione ottima con ampia scelta di dolci siciliani,brioches ,salumi e formaggi. Gentilezza e cortesia di tutto il personale sempre pronto ad offrire suggerimenti ed assistenza per noleggi escursioni in barca ristoranti..lo consiglio vivamente ,mi sono trovata veramente bene

Personale cortese e disponibile. Il cliente viene coccolato e ogni richiesta soddisfatta, nel limite del possibile. Da anni quando veniamo a Lampedusa scegliamo questo hotel. Luca e le altre ragazze alla reception sono lodevoli nel rapporto con i clienti. Si è accolti sempre col sorriso. Personale del bar altrettanto cortese. Posto incantevole!! Posizione ottima a pochi passi da via Roma, parcheggio davanti all’ingresso, stanze ampie e colazione ottima dal dolce al salato. Eccezionale il servizio offerto: cambio teli giornalieri, borsa frigorifera, ombrellone e persino una camera per cambiarsi il giorno della partenza; e per qualsiasi richiesta (noleggio auto/barca etc) sono disponibilissimi! Ma quello che contraddistingue questo hotel è il personale che ci lavora e la meravigliosa Amanda!! Lei è in grado di rendere ancora più indimenticabile la vostra esperienza sull’isola!!
