"Nice hotel and has a large parking lot. Electronic key card and need to use when entering the lift and staircase area. Good aircon. Hot shower water pressure can be weak a bit and back to normal. No problem to me. Almost next to Makro Lampang. BigC is nearby on the other side. Like in most hotels in Thailand, they don’t provide toothbrush set. I bring my own."

However, the air conditioner is quite noisy, which might disturb light sleepers. The water heater isn’t very user-friendly; the water temperature feels hotter than normal and is difficult to adjust. "We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights. In the room there were only 4 hangers for all our clothes for a week. When we asked at the reception for more hangers, we were told there only provided 4 hangers per room regardless of how long you were staying. We went out and bought more hangers. Little things like this are an example of the hotels poor service."
