We couldn’t get the room because they said full but they arranged another hotel for us but had to pay extra. But luckily trip.com managed to refund my booking amount. Thanks to trip.com

- The bed is dirty, there are water stains in circles, it should be reused
- The water heater has an unsafe wire
- The exhaust fan is also dirty, I tried to turn on the exhaust, there was an unusual sound, I didn't take a picture in time because I was afraid of it breaking and getting an electric shock, so I quickly turned it off
- The room is not soundproof
- The shower head at the water outlet hole has black stains, should be changed
- The glass door is dirty, it hasn't been wiped for a long time

If I stay in Langbang longer, I think I will stay here longer.
