Very lovely place to stay for overnight this was our first time very clean if you love vintage old registered Colorado home for the weary travelers and pet is a must visit felt like home give it try you will not regret it. Bed were awesome. Jane is super.

Beautiful home and a wonderful host. Quaint B&B has a wonderful atmosphere. Very clean and cozy with a snack waiting when we checked in. Jane is very knowledgeable of the area and gave us quite few tips as we were going to the mountains. The made to order breakfast was delicious. The bathroom with the claw foot tub was stunning. If I’m ever in the area again, this is the only place that I would stay!

What a beautiful home to rest after a long day of travel. We stayed in the Garden Room and the queen size bed was very comfortable. Jane was a wonderful hostess and we enjoyed our visit with her and the other family that was staying there as well. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Walking into this home felt like walking into my parents home, very welcoming and very clean. If we pass through this way again, we will certainly stay here again. Thank you, Jane!

OMG! INCREDIBLE! Jane is a wonderful hostess and most personable. We loved talking to her. Jane's breakfast is WONDERFUL! She even asks what you want to eat! She has a beautiful, quaint historic home that is well maintained and updated. One night we relaxed on the front porch in her glider. Thank you Jane for your warm hospitality! Hope to see you again soon! I highly recommend her home.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this quaint historic home. It was just what we needed on our road trip. We felt right at home sitting on the front porch swing in the evening. Jane was our friendly hostess and she made us a fantastic breakfast! A great value and delightful stay!

Jane is an awesome hostess. We have stayed here 3 times and planning on staying again next month. Both rooms are nice, but we prefer the downstairs room, because it is bigger and has a separate sitting room. The breakfasts are great!! The location is very relaxing and quite. Thank you Jane for opening your home to us!!

My wife and I had to pass through Lamar on our way to Wyoming. I did some research and decided to book a room at the 3rd Street Nest Bed & Breakfast. I have to say that I made a great choice. The room was very affordable, comfortable and clean. But the real treat was the owner, Jane. She was pleasant, accommodating, genuine, loving and, quite simply, fabulous. Unlike the other B&Bs in which we have stayed, Jane actually asked us when we would like our breakfast rather than having a preset time for everyone. We really appreciated the choice. If you happen to visit Lamar, I highly recommend the 3rd Street Nest Bed & Breakfast.
