"I always choose this hotel when I come to Lam Luk Ka. It's very clean and comfortable. There is a laundry staytion near the lobby so you can do the laundry. In front of hotel there is 7-11 and Amazon coffee shop, so convenience. If hotel can provide breakfast adding into roome rate, I think it's perfect"

"The bed in our villa was crawling with ants. We had to ask the staff to change the bedsheets, but to our dismay, the replacement sheets they brought were also stained. It was truly disappointing, especially since this was our very first stay here. The staff provided excellent service, though unfortunately, we couldn't switch rooms as the hotel was fully booked."

"The hotel itself was great — clean, comfy room with two single beds, everything we needed was there. No complaints about the stay itself. BUT the parking was a total headache. We were escorted into the car park, had to drive up 10 floors to the hotel parking area, then walk across the car park to an elevator, go up another 4 floors to get to reception, check in, then walk again to a different lift, and go up 6 more floors to get to our room. Felt like I’d done a full workout just getting to the bed! Tip: Make sure you get your keycard stamped at reception — otherwise you’ll have to go all the way back down to fix it, which is the last thing you want after that trek. Overall, decent place, but the whole parking/check-in process really needs to be simplified."
