Great value for the cost. Spa was big enough and very diverse with a very nice and friendly employee. The staff was all very welcoming. Good breakfast and room. Free bikes was awesome.

Las instalaciones están anticuadas y poco limpias .
Las habitaciones están frías y en el pasillo no hay calefacción, cuando sales del spa te mueres de frío ,en la cama tuvimos que poner la chaqueta por encima,nos moríamos de frío y las mantas que tienen son asquerosas del siglo pasado. Lo único que tiene bueno es el spa, siempre que no mires la limpieza. Las 4 estrellas ni de coña más bien un hotelucho de carretera. Esta bien para rodar una peli de terror. Yo pedí que me cambiarán de habitación por que en esa ducha ni con chanclas me metía Horrible

Buena experiencia. Cama muy cómoda. Buena temperatura en habitación. Instalaciones limpias y cuidada. Pesonal atento en todo momento, tanto en recepción como en restauración. Cena y desayuno correctos. Spa algo pequeño, pero suficiente. Aparcamiento.

Personal muy profesional.El problema es la falta de medios de que disponen.Para ser un 4 estrellas superior la restauración es pésima,poca variedad en el menú que contratas con la media pensión te dicen que alguna cosa ya no la hay.La temperatura de la habitación muy baja y tienes que avisar cada vez que la quieres cambiar ya que la controlan ellos desde recepción.Las zonas de paso al spa teóricamente son para bajar ya con albornoz desde habitación ,no se les ocurra en el corredor hasta el ascensor te quedas tieso.En habitaciones supongo que por falta de medios el equipo de mantenimiento tiene las habitaciones descuidadas por lo menos en nuestro caso.Puerta que abría sin tarjeta,luz central dormitorio no funcionaba,y otra cosa recomiendo que las toallas de baño sean un poco más grandes para un niño pequeño llegan pero para un adulto solo llegan tapar las partes nobles. NO LO RECOMIENDO DESDE LUEGO POR WL PRECIO.

El agua del spa estaba congelada!! Fue imposible meterse tuvimos que estar todo el tiempo en la sauna que era el único sitio donde estaba buena temperatura. Increíble que un hotel de esta categoría y con lo que cobran tengan el agua tan tan fría. No volveré ni de broma.

Todo perfecto. Calidad precio estupendo. Lo peor el aparcamiento para coches grandes. Desayuno de calidad y camareros profesionales. En el mismo cerro. Sabanas suaves y almohadas estupendas. Habitación pequeña. Masajistas de primera.

La cama súper grande y comodisima la habitación genial y no se escuchaba nada de ruido, la cena muy rica y la atención estupenda y en mi caso el spa privado nos encantó, y el masaje en pareja muy relajante. Repetiremos sin dudarlo
