When I checked in July 30 the room key I was given was to an already occupied room (empty at the time). I went back down and showed a photo of the clothes and shoes on the floor. I was assigned a new room, but the person who checked it took to long and I was given a THIRD different room. Next day around 8:30 I was walked in on by the maid service, who said she was told I had already checked out. I informed the assistant general manager Chris about what happened. He talked to the GM and I was told my room would be comped when the GM came in. That was a week ago (it’s August 6). I still have not received my refund. The cleanliness of the room and the breakfast earned your location 2 stars.

Everything Great, except the bed. With the only exception being the bed, our experience was fantastic and was exactly what we wanted for our stay. The service great, breakfast plentiful and diverse, comfortable room and great pool/hot tub. The location is convenient to head into the mountains and the area offered plenty of food, grocery and other shopping options.

Great stay but poor maintainance service Stay was good BUT Bathroom had no exhaust fan and toilet leaked around flush handle everytime you flushed toilet. Shower head dripped water. Told staff and nothing happened during our stay to fix or tell us anything.

Dirty and no fan. Room was dirty. Stains on pillow cases and sheets. Blood on bathroom wall. Also, I wonder how often, if ever they actually wash the bedspread, which was very thin by the way. No fan in the bathroom. Why would the bathroom not have a fan? Anybody in the room can hear everything in the bathroom, without a fan. I have photos I'm trying to upload but it won't let me. Imagine that.
