Lakeway Resort and Spa

The service was very professional by all Staff. The facilities were really nice and clean and well maintained. Food was really good and served timely. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great Staff.

Absolutely amazing resort! Restaurant, pool and spa, you never have to leave! The best part is easily the service though. They are always so great here and they definitely go above and beyond in their personal service to you the customer. They have a great restaurant and bar! The food is good and the bars are always open and ready to serve! My only complaint was it wasn’t busy and they closed the restaurant early….which I get but I almost felt like they rushed us out. However it was fine and we were happy to hit the other bar so the staff could go home since there were only two people there anyways.

If i had to describe my trip to Lakeway Resort and Spa, it would be with one word...HORRIBLE. The staff was not friendly at all. Every person on staff was not friendly. Its was almost kinda weird. Once we got settled in our room and went back to the front desk to get some guidance on things to do, etc, the lady at the front desk was on a personal call and never offered to assist us even as we stood there waiting. I knew it was a personal call judging by the conversation. When we asked another staff person directions to the lake, his response was "go that way". Thats it. The rooms were mediocre, DEFINTITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I really can't express enough how displeased we were.

Our room was dirty and extremely hot, we didn’t even make it through the night we ended up going home. Nor could i even get a refund. Would not recommend, especially for the price… you would think the rooms would at least be clean.

We had specifically requested adjoining rooms and when we got to the hotel, they could not accommodate that request. The pool was covered in leaves and debris and there were erroneous charges to my room (which were refunded).

Very quiet but the dinning is very subpar you are better off eat outside the resort. Better good and prices.

Resort was super clean and very quiet and relaxing. Only thing is that there aren't many options for food. We went to the restaurant and they only had five options for meals and we didn't end up eating there. There were also a lot of tiny bugs around the pool area that made us itch. Other than that, perfect stay!

The property was nice gentleman at the front of lobby was great. I didn’t feel very welcome from the front desk celebrating our wedding anniversary, and I bet put notes in the comments and acknowledged it.

The staff were very nice despite one staff member telling us we could not sit outside the restaurant balcony because we were not eating food. The rooms were very old with carpet stains and there was an old musty smell in the rooms. It was clean but disappointing with how old it was considering the price we paid there for 2 nights.
