Inside, the main level brings everyone together. The open layout connects the sleek kitchen, 8 seat dining table, and a comfy living room that’s perfect for movie nights or chilling by the fireplace. Head upstairs and you'll find four private bedrooms, with a fifth downstairs. There’s plenty of space for the whole crew. Sleeping arrangements are super flexible: ☆ Main Suite: King bed, twin bed + extra twin roll-away ☆ Bedroom 2: Queen bed ☆ Bedroom 3: Twin over twin bunk + queen bed ☆ Bedroom 4: King bed + twin over twin bunk bed ☆ Bedroom 5 (downstairs): King bed Every bedroom has its own Smart TV and ample storage, so you’ll feel settled in no time. There's an extra full bathroom upstairs, too, with a tub/shower combo. Now, the backyard? It can’t be beat! A pool that can be heated (yes, even in winter), waterslide, hot tub, tiki bar, BBQ grill, shaded outdoor dining, fire pit, playground, and space to serve up a volleyball or badminton match. Add in an outdoor TV, garage gym, and ping pong, and you've got something for everyone. Other things to note * We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, with extra attention to high-touched surfaces. * The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round. * This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night. * Hosting an event? Let us know in advance—as approval and extra fees apply. * Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $100/day minimum (based on current SDGE rates so please inquire about pricing prior to booking). Spa heating is always free * A $100 pet fee per pet applies (up to 2 small dogs) to cover deep cleaning after checkout. * After 14 guests, there’s a $50 per night fee for each additional guest. * Early check-in or late check-out must be requested at least 24 hours ahead and depends on our cleaning schedule. Loud music is not allowed on the property after 6:00 PM to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbors, and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down during these times.
