The suite features dual vanities, a walk-in closet, and a 50" QLED 4K Smart TV. ● 2ND BEDROOM: Enjoy refined comfort in this elegant queen-size room, complete with a 50" QLED 4K Smart TV for your entertainment. ● 3RD BEDROOM Relax in the cozy embrace of a full-size bed while enjoying the versatility of a loft area perfect for play or additional sleeping space. ● 4th BEDROOM Kid-Friendly Charm: This cozy space offers bunk beds with 2 doubles and 1 twin, creating a fun and comfy setup for young adventurers. ● LIVING ROOM Experience a bright and spacious haven in the main living area, filled with natural light. Relax on the large sectional while enjoying cinematic moments on the 65-inch smart TV. For added convenience, the couch also features a pull-out sofa bed. ● KITCHEN Savor culinary delights in our fully stocked kitchen, complete with all the essentials. A spacious island provides seating for four, perfect for casual meals or gathering. ● DINING ROOM Experience the elegance of a dining room area that comfortably seats up to 7 guests, complemented by a spacious island that accommodates an additional 4 people. ● PARKING The carport fits 2 cars and the driveway has space for up to 6 vehicles. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Based on availability, you can check in as early as 1:00 pm for a $75 fee and check out as late as 1:00 pm for the same amount. PETS: We’re happy to host your lovely pet. We can accept up to one pet weighing up to 40 lbs., for a $200 fee and a $200 security deposit. Pets must be house-trained and are not allowed on furnishings and beds (a $100 fee will be applied if a lot of pet hair is found on furnishings). We also ask you to crate your pet when left alone in the house. Please share your pet’s breed and weight information prior to booking so we can provide written approval. Please note: Any sign of pet damage will result in an appropriate fee for the damage at hand. A $200 fee will be applied for unattended pet waste. NO SHOES POLICY: We greatly appreciate you taking off your shoes while in the house so we can preserve the rugs and floors. POOL SERVICE: The pool is serviced on a weekly basis. This may occur during your stay. This means someone will be in the backyard for approximately 30 minutes while they clean it. NOTE: If pool heating is required, please request it 24 hours in advance. Extra cost $30/day. LAWN & LANDSCAPING: The lawn and landscaping is maintained bi-weekly. While I do my best to have this serviced between guests, it is not always an option. SECURITY: To help secure the home for you and your guests, we have 3 active cameras for the front and back yard. NO SMOKING is permitted. Cigarette butts may not be discarded on the premises. There will be a $150 fee for smoking on the premises. PARKING: The driveway has space for 6 vehicles. Please do not park on neighbor’s lawn. THE FIRST HOUSE RULE: You will not hold parties of any kind on the property. No extra guests without approval. Please register the EXACT number of guests for your stay. There will be an extra guest fee of $50 per night for unaccounted guests. No outdoor loud music from 10PM to 8 AM.
