This hotel was close to Legoland, the purpose of my visit. The room was nice and clean but had a lingering smell of Fabuloso cleaning liquid, which tends to give me a headache. The dollar store was across the street where I got an air freshner spray which helped. I did have an issue - but the issue was completely resolved and VERY quickly and respectfully!! My refrigerator did not work. I loaded it and then realized it was off, so, I turned it on and about an hour later there was the smell of freon leaking or something in the fridge. I mentioned it the next morning and was assured a new one would be put in. Fast forward to the day. I get back from Legoland and open the new fridge to put water in it and there was some kind of greasy liquid ALL over the inside of the fridge. I took pictures and went to the front desk - they were VERY quick to resolve the issue. Other than those minor things, I would recommend this hotel and plan to stay there again.

My sister and I went to visit my aunt that has dementia. We were very impressed with the cleanness and the excellent customer service. The kitchen lady was awesome and complimented us and the front desk person called and set me up on the awards program. It was a wonderful experience. Legoland is the best place to stay, and the internet is very good. Living beach room, a little distance from the park, the hotel has a car to the park. American hotels consistently don't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste and combs, just like this one. Family room, one large bed, one high and low bed. After staying for 2 nights, no one cleaned up the room the next day. I do n’t know if it was leaked or I did n’t think it ’d be too expensive. The deposit for entering the store is US $ 50 / night, and the dual currency card arrives slowly.

I stayed there for hurricane Ian. I was very impressed at how welcoming the staff was. All the staff did a amazing job for my entire stay. The hotel is very clean and maintained. Overall a wonderful stay.
