one bathroom and a separate living room. Maximum to accommodate 3 people.
The cottage is situated on a large lakeside property of over 4,000 square meters. Step outside, and you are greeted by the stunning lake view right in front of you. Just beyond the yard, you'll find the legendary Lake Tekapo and the Church of the Good Shepherd. You can fully enjoy a comfortable and private living experience! Inside the house, you'll find some small items used by the first owner, still placed as they were. Time has changed the people, but the house remains, allowing you to appreciate the beauty of both life and nature.

The chalet is located at the Lake Tekapo, just several minutes walk to the Church of Good Sheppard and the town center. The room is spacious with equipped kitchen where you can cook your meals. The decorations with a lot of Chinese elements which make me surprised.

The house is self check-in. Check-in is available from 14:00. I arrived at the room at 15:00 that day and found it a mess. The bed was where the previous guest had slept, and there were wet towels scattered all over the bathroom floor. The various cups and the turned on rice cooker on the kitchen counter are so scary.
After calling the hotel, they said that they didn't clean it well because they were too busy (???) and said that the cleaning staff would arrive within 10 minutes, but it actually took 30-40 minutes. New Zealanders are really inefficient.
The toilet has very poor drainage and the toilet will flood when taking a shower.
The only good thing is that the scenery is really good and it is within walking distance to the Church of the Good Shepherd, but the rest is not good at all! ! It is recommended to find other modern hotels on the same street! !
