This place is straight out of a storybook. The perfect, cozy wooden lodge of your dreams. The people are so friendly and so warm. Even if you wake up from the dream, the people make it worth it. I really appreciated the warmth of the people here. From the front desk lady who checked me in, she was so sweet and caring. To the server at the restaurant and the chef. The food is AMAZING. have the curry duck - it's to die for. dont go anywhere else for dinner. just head down from your room to the dining. i was highly elevated just going into my room. It was such a touching, elevating, inspiring, moving, beautiful experience. The power of a cozy wooden room elevated by buffalo check throws and cozy intriguing decor elements - is super high and is sure to throw you into a great mood instantly. Save this stuff for the dreams - or might I say, your dream vacation.

Our experience was the best. Samantha greeted us upon arriving and was the best host all during our 2 day stay. We had 2 breakfasts that were beyond our expectations. The room we stayed in was great. We will certainly try and stay at the Stagecoach again when we return to the area.

We loved our stay at the Stagecoach Inn! We didn’t have big plans, just looking for a night away. The Stagecoach was perfect. So much better than a traditional, nondescript hotel. This is a charming hotel with superior management. Breakfast was incredible as was our dinner. Samantha brought us coffee to our room in the morning which was the nicest additional touch. We will be back! Maybe with some friends next time!

What a wonderful little Inn. When we arrived we were greeted by Samantha who was the innkeeper and bartender for our stay. She is a gem and the owners are lucky to have her. She was extremely helpful, outgoing, personable, knowledgeable etc, needless to say she was a joy and I can't say enough good things about her. The Inn itself has a lot of history, very well maintained, very clean with a mix of old and new. It was a little dark in our room and a make up mirror with a light would have been beneficial but lots of hooks to hang up stuff and lots of electrical outlets to plug in our chargers. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open while we were there, but Samantha was our breakfast chef and our breakfasts were excellent. This was our first time staying here and we hope to be able to return again.

A wonderful spot with fantastic service. The restaurant is the most romantic place in the Adirondacks, and its food is delicious. The innkeeper is incredibly attentive and helpful. And the bed was incredibly comfortable. I’ve stayed here twice and love it.

First time visiting The Stagecoach Inn and we were very pleased with our stay. The staff, and particularly Innkeeper Samantha, went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. When we arrived, my wife was not feeling well with a cold. Without being asked, Samantha delivered some hot tea to our room for my wife. The breakfasts were impressive and delicious. Our room, the Ausable Suite, was on the smaller side and could use more lighting, but the bathroom was large and the room was very comfortable and charming. We did not have dinner at the Stagecoach based on dinner recommendations we received in advance from friends. However, the restaurant was very busy for dinner both nights of our stay and certainly popular. Overall, it was a great experience and would highly recommend.

So, where do we start! Let's start with Samantha who greeted us when we arrived. Samantha is a Jack of all Trades as she was the hostess, Innkeeper, breakfast cook, cleaner, you name it she did it and what really stood out to us was how she made you feel welcome and would engage in conversation with all the guests and that is huge in this day and age. She is is just such a wonderful pleasant person and we hope the owners know what a gem they have in her, she is the best! Second, the staff that we had the pleasure of meeting, Mark one of the servers and Lindsey another server/bartender, they were both so polite and very knowledgeable of the menu and the Inn itself. Third, William the Chef and his staff who put out excellent dinners both nights we were there. The menu is unique and uses a lot of local fare. These dinners were some of the best we have ever had at Inns and restaurants for that matter and we stay at a lot of inns, so bravo to Chef William and his staff. The drink menu is great and I highly recommend the Night Owl before you call it a night! Fourth, the breakfast menu is also a hidden gem from the Fritta and the Brioche French Toast, both were outstanding. Fifth, let's get to the Inn itself, we absolutely loved the feeling of the Inn when we first walked in as you felt like you were stepping back into the late 1800's as it just felt right. The dining area is cozy and limited so no overcrowding and just a great ambience. We stayed in the Martin Lyon Suite which had a very comfortable King bed, nice old armwa's and a cozy little sitting area. This Inn does sit right off a main road but the traffic noise was minimal. The Inn and rooms are spotless and very well kept. We cannot say enough good things about the Inn and we are already in the process of booking our stay here next year.

Best restaurant in town. Great atmosphere. Great menu. Great food and great service. Had the pleasure of meeting the owners, who seem very committed to their guests having a positive and memorable experience. Whiskey selection at the bar was also excellent. The duck entree was delicious and prepared to perfection, and the homemade dessert rounded off an overall great dining experience. Highly recommend.
