My wife and I stayed here with our toddler and overall the experience was good and the rates decent for our time of travel. The rooms were clean on arrival and cozy. The only issues we noted were extreme ice buildup in the freezer/fridge unit and no broom to clean up messes. Overall with decent rates, not a bad place for a small family to spend a few days.

Pros: convenient to town, clean, microwave & frig, nice mattress, quiet, good water pressure, lots of hot water. Cons: Lock on #6 does NOT work. Staff had to really work hard to open it for me. I didn't lock my door when I went out during the day so I could get back into the room. Needs a light at night on street sign so you know where to turn in from highway. Directions on how to run TV would be good.

Last minute trip and got reasonable rate. Place was, or appeared, to have been newly renovated. Now known as Snowshoe Lodge. Its about a bit extra walk to downtown, but not horrible. Very quiet and room for us and the two teenagers. Would stay again!
