"The environment is beautiful, the room hygiene and facilities are also ok, but I am very dissatisfied with the multi-income deposit at the front desk. We booked two nights at the hotel, different room types, and received a deposit of 200 Canadian dollars when we checked in. Later, the front desk said that the room type can be adjusted, and the same room can be used for two nights. But I need to pay an additional deposit of 100 Canadian dollars, and the hotel will immediately unfreeze the deposit of 200 Canadian dollars that was paid before. But three days ago we have checked out and left the hotel, but we have not received a short notice from the bank about the thawing of 200 Canadian dollars. I hope Trip.com will follow up on this matter."
"This is a convenient hotel for accessing Lake Louise ski area and the Chateau. I was in the upgraded room category in Building 5, which is a short walk away from the main building where the two restaurants are located, both of which seemed good although I only ate breakfast in Legends. But even this upgraded room was a little rough around the edges, such as painting the marred up doors, etc. But overall I enjoyed staying here and would return."

"I’m in awe of Canada’s nature, but the hotel left me rather disappointed, especially compared to other hotels. Some floors were closed for renovations, which significantly affected the quality of my sleep. During my entire stay, I didn’t get a single full night’s sleep because all the noisy work was done from 8 PM onwards, often lasting indefinitely. Sometimes I woke up to the noise at 1 AM, which was, of course, very unpleasant—especially considering we weren’t warned about it or offered any discount for the inconvenience. The service was also quite mediocre. We constantly had to ask for things—there were no creams, no soap, or something else missing in the room."
"I've visited this hotel a few times throughout the years and although the hotel looks a bit tired outside I was pleasantly surprised on the many improvements starting with a nice breakfast to start the day, nice modern rooms and showers (mine was on the main building), comfy bed. Hotel also they provide a few items in the room (hand warmers, trail mix snack, coco, coffee, etc.)
Staff was attentive and professional.
This hotel is in a good spot if you're planning to hit the ski hill, lake Louise, or the multiple trails in the area."
"Although the location is remote, I felt that the appearance was very beautiful as soon as I entered. I booked a regular wooden house that included a jacuzzi, and I didn't check in until after 10 o'clock. I called the staff in advance and they were very considerate and hung all the things I needed at the door. The lighting equipment was very good. The warm feeling is very good. I will book this hotel again next time if I have the opportunity."
