The best part about the property is location right on the beach of Lake Havasu and the pool. Easy access to water sports is also a plus. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. It would be great if the property would invest in some much needed state of good repair and upgrades to modernize the rooms and ensure everything is in excellent working order because the location can’t be beat!

Vacation ruined horribly by accident
The bathroom shower floor is very slippery & my husband fell & we have to call 911. His left knee was dislocated & the tendons were torn. He was taken to the hospital & the next day we drove back to Vegas directly to the hospital there. We & two other friends didn't have time to eat dinner because of this & when we asked if they can get us dinner they refused. And also the hotel staff never ask what they can do for us & never even ask how my husband was doing! Our vacation was ruined ! No empathy from the hotel staff & the manager in charge. The hotel is very outdated & not what the pictures projected. I will put picture of the shower ..... one big unit of white slippery vinyl 😜

Excellent water location with dining and bar on the property. Beach parking for overnight boaters.
Rooms are dated and worn out, beds are old and tired.... this property is in need of a complete over haul and renovation on the rental units. Loudest AC unit I've ever tried to sleep with on, giant hole in the bed, carpeting dirty, no ceiling lighting, 2 hangers and not luggage stands.
