Unfortunately, I had an issue with the first room I reserved and was moved to another room to only have more issues with that room, too. The staff was amazing, very friendly and tried to correct the problems, but unfortunately these problems were too inconvenient for me to want to stay here again.

The room is dirty, bathtub dirty and broken. I will not be staying at this hotel again. I would rather pay more money. Very disappointed as I didn’t expect it to be wonderful but at least clean. They really need to update the rooms and property.

I found a live bedbug on the door frame of the bathroom, and two smaller ones that were dead on the bathroom floor. Very disturbing. I notified the hotel management, who suggested the bug was a beetle. I then asked “what kind of beetle has human, red blood inside of it?”

Mattress had a big brown stain. Room stunk. Dead flies in the window. There was junk in the hall way near my room door. Tried to check out exactly 20 minutes after I checked in and was denied a refund.

This motel seem to be in a safe area. It was a little more than a short walk to London bridge but doable. The place was clean and parking is good.
